I took my vehicle in for an alignment two weeks ago. They worked on it for more than an hour then told me the alignment wasn't holding because there were problems with the tie rods. That made sense considering what my vehicle had been through. They did not charge me for anything that day. I brought it back in today to get the tie rods replaced and the alignment. The fenderwell covers on both sides of my vehicle were damaged and falling down onto my tires. I had ordered replacement parts but still hadn't put them on so I asked the guy at Four States if they could change them out for me if they had time. They did and without charging me. Those guys did amazing work. I am so happy. Very professional. Kind and courteous employees. I highly recommend them.

The entire front service staff as well as the service techs are very professional, knowledgeable and all round awesome! Carlos- his expertise and knowledge of tires is above and beyond! We take all our vehicles here for everything.

The customer service was phenomenal. They were so accommodating and got it done so fast. I ended up getting two flats on my way outside of their little town and had to get on the road the next morning and they got me in that morning and got it done! Thank you guys it was much appreciated.

I went in about a week ago, meant to leave a review then but it passed my mind.
I went inside to ask a simple question, the two works working the front desk weren’t very happy I went in just to ask a question.
Carlos and Damion, (if I’m not wrong) were working that fine morning. Thank you for assisting me but no thank you for being snarky.

Better be ready ro spend half a day waiting. Waited an hour to get in shop. Then two hours to mount and balance two tires. Confronted tire tech, no good employee. Sales guy was awesome.Tire tech needs to be replaced.

We travel from Arizona. One person scheduled an appointment. Then another tells us they don't do appointments. Fcfs! This is probably the 3rd time it had happened. Not very good counter services..

The lack of concern for sales is discomforting. These guys make no attempt to appeal to the customer. Just wait in line at discount tires. Those guys know how to run a business.
