False advertising on time. Associate and manager would not open gates till 11:30am. And open time say 9am.

The isles are not wide enough for wheel chairs due to the fact they allow boxes to stay on the floor at all times.

Been here before and liked it but I am out front at 10:30am on Sunday and the lights are on but the gate is closed.

The employees at the front of the registers don’t open up their registers to help customers checkout. The employees just watch us customers checkout at self checkout and rarely open their registers until a huge line is formed. They really only rely on the self checkouts when there are more employees just standing around and rarely stocking shelves either.

03/25/2023 @ 5:11 pm, Self checkout.Spent well over $120.00 and more at times in this store when I travel from Colorado a few times a month.Have never been treated so terrible like I was today in front of my son and his friend.I went through self checkout and was watched like a Hawk the entire time, was interrupted several times asking if things were scanned.Did let the self checkout associate know she could count items.She than said she would after I paid.I pushed basket over to her and presented my receipts so she could check all items. She gave me the ugliest look and pretended she checked them.Would not pull things out of bags to recount.I did let her know I was not raised to be a thief nor were my son and his friendBeing Hispanic and my sons friend Caucasian felt that she definitely had a problem with our race.Than, as I was pushing basket out with paid items she yells out “MAAAM YOU CANNOT TAKE THE CART OUT WITH YOU! “I told her I wasn’t going to steal her cart that my son was going to walk the cart back in the store.She did not check on anyone else around us.Needless to say I was so upset and want to let customers know to beware if you are from out of town.She definitely ruined our shopping today. I ask that management speak to her and speak to her regarding customer service and to treat everyone equally!I will share my experience with my family friends and will find another place to spend my money that appreciates my money!Management please speak to your associates!I have worked in retail and what she did today was not right!

Employees was not working and was chilling , watching customers use the self checkout instead of checking people out. I was having an conversation about it with my family and the employee decided to insert herself into the conversation. When I asked her to leave us alone politely 3 times she would not listen. Things got heated and she told us to leave the store and that we did not have to shop at the store . I proceed to curse her out and leave the store . I don't understand why you have multiple people even older people using self check out and won't open any of the check out lanes . What is the point of having employees if the customer has to do everything. . All she had to do was leave us alone but she kept coming by us and to be honest the store could look 10 times better if she wasn't propped up watching people instead of working

Favorite dollar store, love the remodel too. Easier to find things and the workers keep everything nice. I also like the new self check out, saves A LOT of time from having to wait for old ladies to stop talking and hold up the line. Keep up the good work!

The newly installed self-check is their fix for only having one cashier despite the long lines. I thought I would try it today but it's sensitive that it scanned an item I was holding far away. It scanned the item several times and when an employee came over to help I had explained to her what happened. But, she went ahead and went thru every bag (5 total) and to make sure I scanned everything (I had about 25 items). After telling her once again that the only problem I had was the one item scanned several times, she instead I was trying to steal or something. I don't appreciate being accused of stealing!If you don't trust people scanning and checking out their own items then open more lanes or don't bother having self-checkouts at all.
