I asked Donna (not sure if that's really her name) for a form a previous cellone store provided. Im\\na new cellone customer.I wanted the form to start the process of porting my phone number from another carrier. She stated thats not a form that cellone provides. Explained I got it from another cellone store, she then informed me they don't do that. Back and forth we went. After explaining a few more times I just need that form. She started raising her voice and being real direct. She then told me I'm confusing. I told her that her tone is unacceptable. She again tells me I'm confusing and threatens to call security on me. I asked for her managers number in the same tone I started my original question with.She stated she's not allowed to give out her managers number. So I asked for her name and she said she wouldn't give that out. Again threatened to call security, I informed her to proceed with the security call as I'm just asking for a form anoyher cellone store gave to me and she's the one with with aggressive tone. Only then did she ask for my number to look at my account. Horrible customer service all the way around.

We came to this location hoping to get in and out. They were not open at the time posted online. Also when they arrived they were late. So we had to wait an extra 20 mins on top of the hour we waited. Service was slow.

I came in with so many questions about my phone and Hayden answered every one. He gave me advice and tips like you wouldn’t believe. He was so friendly and kind it made me feel like I was at my Granndpas house. Hayden was very accommodating. He made me feel like a friend and not some random customer. 10/10 Best customer service I have ever had. Give that man a raise!
