Don't even get close to these people. I went because of a problem with the temperature
they didn't fix it. They put the map sensor on it and they had to wash the injectors. They charged me 650. These guys are thieves.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!! This place is a scam. Freddy charges insane amounts for minor services. No one ever called to give me an estimate on cost or what needed to be done. I was charged $768 for the guy to change an auxiliary battery. The battery itself was "upcharged" so they could make a profit even though they get a 20% discount from auto zone where it was purchased, according to the sister who runs the office. A battery change cost almost $770.

This place is a liar and a fraud. Uses clovis police as a scare tactic so u pay the fraudulent bill they give you. If you don't pay the police threaten you with jail time. My experience...tow told $80 on the bill $123. Electrical work quote $100 bill $275 misc fees shop fees labor total bill $1200. Cops show up because I want detailed bill and refuse to pay outrageous amount. Cops say if I don't pay it's a criminal offense that I...me....have committed and can face jail time.
So I have to pay these thives. Guess Cops get a cut out of this victimless crime
So never ever go to this Freddy's auto service

I couldn't wait to get an internet connection to write this review. I was 800 miles from home when I blew a CV joint. I called Freddy's, and he hooked me up with a relatively inexpensive tow truck. He diagnosed the problem quickly, put in an order for the part, dropped me off at my hotel, worked late to get the job done, and gave me a ride to pick up my car. I'm grateful for the service. Thank you!

If I could put no stars I would!! This place is trash! The mechanics have no clue what they are doing. We were quoted 4400 and paid almost 7000. Took a year to get it back from them. Every time something was fixed something went wrong and they were adding more stuff to Bill. They never contact you.. has been done since Nov but just got told yesterday.

Efficient, clear, fair. They do good work, and are pleasant to do deal with. They don't make you feel stupid for being a non car-fixing person. That's a big deal, for this female.
