We're traveling from Idaho and needed to update our two horses' health certificates. I was surprised they were able to get us in the same day, most vets in our area are booking at least 2 weeks out. The vet was awesome and it was really inexpensive. The front desk staff and everyone I talked to there was friendly.

I like how they are able to provide comprehensive testing such as fast labs and xrays. But I've brought 2 cats to them and each time the vets unfeelingly speculated to me the worst problem possible in my cats. I'd be crying from their dire predictions, thinking my cats were dying only to find out the problems weren't that big! Dr Ford and Lindsay come across as scientific androids. No warmth, kindness or sensitivity. Too detached. I literally needed therapy after this last time of aloof robot behavior from the whole staff.

They are extremely pricey. Their services are 30-40% more than what others charge. They were wanting almost a 1000 dollars for a feline echo and bloodwork, which is insane. Their neutering and spaying rates are thru the roof. You can get the same service quality elsewhere for a lot cheaper. The women at the front desk are downright rude and unprofessional as well.

I don’t understand why this place has “hospital” in their name. I called asking if they could please see my friends dog that was suffering and they simply told me “ we are too booked, I would call around”. If you are a “hospital” you should absolutely take in patients that an have emergency. Maybe change it to “clinic” that is a place that I would never take my pet to. If you want your pet to be treated right and have an emergency please do yourself a favor and don’t waste you’re time going to them and don’t risk your pets life just to get told “ we’re too booked”. Sorry excuse of a “hospital”

Like others mentioned, the Receptionist is rude. Veterinarian Ford wrote on my dog's record her personal feelings about the visit which had nothing to do with the reason for the visit. Very unprofessional.

The vet was very good and helpful. The only thing was the whole place wreaked like urine so bad it gave me a migraine....

Liked the doctors and staff but the smell! Maybe it was because they were cleaning out the fish tanks. I hope so. otherwise they are in need of a better disinfectant cleaner.

Absolutely love this place! Known Dr Ford for years and she is the sweetest lady ever! We just got a puppy and Dr Price (who is also the most sweetest person alive) saw her and it was the most comforting appointment I've had. Very thorough and checked everything. So gentle with my fur baby. They made us feel so comfortable there and my puppy was not scared what so ever of any of them! We are so happy to be a part of this clinic and hoping for the best in the future as well! Thank you for all you guys do! ❤️

Very rude front desk personnel. Highly recommend that you take your pets and business elsewhere.She had to make an issue of telling me they had "a 24 hour waiting period" to get heartworm medicines for my dogs, even though I ordered it yesterday at 10:15 and went by this morning to pick it up at 8:30.
