Today was the second time I’ve tried to use this tire shop. And each time they lack in the customer service department. They don’t talk to you or try to help you when you drive up or walk up. I guess if you don’t want to give me the time of day I’ll take my money and business somewhere else.

I am so upset by the service I received from Mario's! I was talked into buying two tires and only got one on the rim and mounted, with the promise that I could come back and get it put on when needed. I went in today, and they acted like they had no recollection of anything. A bunch of dirty people working, looking like they were partying and not working. I took my tire and paid at Kachina's, and the tire Mario's sold me had a nail in it. Horrible horrible horrible

Went there to get a tire change done and they broke both my sensors on the rim of my tires. When I confronted them they said that they don't know what I'm talking about. I could not do anything about it. I highly recommend that nobody ever go there. They will screw you over.

There was only one person working who did not answer the phone all day long and when I got there he was closing the shop..He did look around to see if he had my size tires but he did not.. however before looking he advised me that he would not be able to put them on until the next it was around 4 and their hours day till 6 but he was going home early... The lot was chaotic to say the least and the shop looks real old like I'm well taken care of not much like the picture shows...

I got a flat tire, went to Mario's to get 2 tires changed out. They told me they had the same size, turns out they didn't. After I paid $100, the car was not running good. It kept going to one side and shook really bad. The guy at the shop says maybe I have transmission problem or needs alignment. They wanted to charge me more money just to switch tires around. Didn't try to help. So we just left, went to Kachinas down the road and that's when we saw that Mario's gave us ugly lumpy tires. They were not safe for the roads and could've caused an accident!! I wouldn't recommend this place and will not ever return again.
