The physician dr Ilha Jones was supposed to fwd my information to NM department of health Cannabis medical program, it was not done on Apr 2023 when I renew my medical card, causing me to be unable to update my medical patient portal website and my medical card has expired , very poor customer service, I would not recommend any patient to come to this office which overcharged and do not take care their medical customers

I called to ask about how I can get my medical card renewed and pricing and the girl that answered said it was over $100 I told her I thought they would be cheaper and instead of going through more options she hung up on me! Why would she get upset instead of just saying that their prices are higher! If she does this to the people that call can you Imagine how many people and customers they lose

They charge WAY too much for licensing... They quoted me about 300 dollars altogether to see the dr and get the license! They were rude and don't go by state standards and very condescending to ppl younger than 50.

Had a good experience with staff, I had several questions and they were able to answer them in a friendly manner. It only took 24 hours to get my card.

Stay away from these people especially Liz she was very rude and unhelpful in trying to fix the situation, all they do is take your hard earned cash and give you sub par abysmal service that was never even provided. Stay away from these guys way better options and I made the mistake of choosing convince over quality.

Today I went in at 10 AM in order to do the processing of getting my card established and it was a great experience. I was out of there with my evaluation done within 30 minutes. They helped me so much and gave me information plus got me signed off. I'm truly thankful for this company and their workers! Can't wait to receive my card! Thank you alot. I'll be back for renewal when the time comes! Thanks again!(UPDATE) I GOT MY CARD IN 18 DAYS.Thanks again!

Professional, courteous, and helpful. I came in, asked my questions and got the answers I was looking for. The doctor even went as far as telling me more about the strains of medical marijuana, which was nice.

Overall good experience. Needed to get my card for PTSD and to help with my chronic pain. I didnt have my medical records with my for the pain but was able to get it for my PTSD. The staff was friendly and process was quick. Got my card in about 3 weeks.

Dont trust these people they charged me twice for a new card and lied to me and said i have to pay 100 for me second card renewal and it should have only been 40
