Will not shop there ever again. Price of a on sale case of pasta was case price $14.58 this is a shrink wrapped case with 2 flats of cans total 24 cans it rings up $29.16. We took the case and receipt to customer service they tell us it’s each flat that’s $14.58 even though the 2 are clearly shrink wrapped from the factory as a case. So we ask for a manager lol he tells us sorry and he would cut the flat out for us! Clearly not a full case for the advertised price! And refused to honor the price posted. Don’t really care we didn’t get the pasta at that price the rude manager and the way we were treated was the reason for this post! Will never spend my money there ever again!

I was harassed by two employees while in my running car next to the fire zone. I was assaulted by one of them. I was waiting for a disabled friend who was buying toilet paper. One employee very rudely told me to move as if I were a criminal waiting for an accomplice. It was almost closing time and it was dead. I am not a troublemaker, I am a 55-year-old single college student, mom, and caregiver. I'm coherent enough to know not to block an entrance or to prevent a firetruck from accessing the building. The employee got another employee who had long stringy curly red hair, wore glasses, and had very pale skin. She came directly up to my car, and put both hands inside the window. I warned her to back off. She proceeded to open my door and slammed it shut. She then headed toward the back of my car, so I got out and walked around the back of my car. She punched me in the face. I refrained from hitting her in the face because she wore glasses, so I defended myself by kicking her. My phone fell to the ground and she kicked it across the parking lot. A police report was filed.

At 5:54pm on 09/05/2024 I went in to exchange an item that is completely unopened with a receipt as well and Chelsea told me they can not EXCHANGE the item at all even with a receipt when I requested a manager she refused and said she was the manager, I’ve read through the smiths return policies and there is absolutely no reason I shouldn’t be able to exchange an item WITH A receipt in hand as the reason was wrong size too. She did not assist at all.

I have been living the hotel life cause my job demands it I have been here for eight months for times I week I go to this smith's to buy good and drinks and I will tell you today was my last trip the woman who works at self checkout flat accused me of not ringing stuff up everything was rung up she was just profiling me cause I had dirty cloths . News flash I work a labor job it was so embarrassing to be accused I.front of tons of people for no reason. I can assure you
anyone who knows me knows I'm an honest man and when I tell them of this they will be outraged as everyone should who gets look

More often than not, when I walk into this Smith's, I'm hit with the smell of rotting food. This is never an issue with the Smith's on Academy.

Came in after a trip to the park hot and looking for water. They have an entire wall of cold beverages and not a single bottle of regular water. Coolers upfront with water are broken. How lame I'll go to whole foods and purchase the fancy water I know it's going to be cold

Been a loyal customer for over forty years. Great prices and friendly staff, very helpful. Always friendly faces ready to help. Prices are usually good, I don't think you should have to use the app with the digital coupons, that's why there's the savings when you use your card or phone number. But the digital coupons are GREAT for the soda products, the prices are extremely helpful to my wallet. Much appreciation to all the staff at the Wyoming store in Albuquerque New Mexico.

Had a terrible experience just now at the deli counter. Smiths should be ashamed of the person they have hired that has a complete inability to communicate with customers. If you can’t communicate without being a disrespectful human being, you should be in the back where no one can see you.

Even though I don't live nearby, I've been a loyal customer at this Smith's for a while. Despite the distance, I appreciate their food selection and usually excellent service. However, during my visit today, I encountered issues with one of the self-checkouts. The worker, Joanne, who assisted me, was quite rude. It's unfortunate, as the staff here are usually very friendly. Joanne could use some training in customer service.
