Buyer beware: the reason that anybody in that neighborhood has not been able to shop at this particular location for the past week is because of a major rat infestation. Not sure if anybody would continue to want to shop there even though it’s now clean. They will tell you it was because of construction but after driving by a few days ago and seeing vans and people with hazmat suits on, I don’t think they were exactly telling the truth.

Nicolas chose to laugh in my face when I told him I was not comfortable with him looking up my information when I was attempting to fill my niece's prescription. No is no the first time. I will not only never come to this pharmacy again but the Smith's all together. Super professional when speaking with a veteran.

Apparently masks are optional in this location, even though there's a sign outside that says they're mandatory. Last Sunday I went shopping at this location, and not only were about a fourth of the customers maskless, but I also saw at least 3 employees wearing their masks under their noses. Do better, Smith's!

I was there early this afternoon. Just trying to pick up a few things. I got to the register and the cashier was very friendly. While scanning my groceries, she said to the bagger, you need to go home. OMG! This young woman sacking groceries was incredibly sick with a cold; runny nose, eyes, etc. I don't blame the employee, but the employer. Why was this young woman working when we have a national pandemic on our hands? I understand if she's working because she needs the money. Pay her for sick time! I took my groceries home and unloaded them in my driveway. I wiped them down with Clorox disinfecting wipes before bringing them into my home. You see, I have to people who are in the "high risk," category living in my home. Please! Give your employees the option of going home and getting paid if they're sick. You just put my family at risk.

Fair new resident to Albuquerque and first time filling a Prescription at Smith's Pharmacy, I was at the Urgent Care right next door and I could not be more PLEASED to have Patty the Pharmacist on duty take care of me. She is very sweet, knowledgeable, saved me money, and counseled me on my Prescriptions very thoroughly; it is quite obvious she has a true passion for her job and her patients. I will continue to use Smith's Pharmacy just for my one time experience. Thank you Patty for your kindness and I left feeling a little better knowing I had just met an ANGEL. Thank you! I highly recommend this Pharmacy, I doubt you will be disappointed - KAYLA

Okay, they take Visa again: they have good prices, even though they trend creepier than the Albertson's outlets near us. But Smith's is back in the game - hooray!

Money service department is terrible. Lady was lazy, texting and unresponsive or polite. Her excuse to not help me out was her shift just began...shouldn't that mean you should be doing your job that you are now getting paid for? She was rude and I'll never recommend this Smiths based off this experience, thanks!

Stupid move to break ties with visa. Bye Smiths ! Good luck. My rewards card went in the trash. I have moved on and won't be back, your competition is calling me.

Overall, a nice basic grocery store. I've been shopping here for over 25 years. Good selection of shelf products. The bakery rocks - very service oriented! Good response on check out with several self service lines. The reason for the 2 star rating? The meat counter. For the last several years, service at the meat counter is hit or miss. Sometimes the service is awesome, often the service is non existent. Take today for instance. Went in for a typical weekly shopping experience. I wanted some beef short ribs and this product was not available on the floor. Natural response- go get help at the meat counter. I waited 5 minutes without results. Even saw some one peer out of the side window at me and quickly withdraw. Complaints to management go now where.

What do you need? Groceries, banking, gasoline, and the post office? Behold your one-stop shop grocery store. It's clean, well-stocked, and has all your other errands right there to knock out at once. It's at the terminus of Juan Tabo at Eubank. Parking lot is pretty busy, but that's just because you can get so much done at one location.

This is the closest Smith's to my house on the corner of Eubank and Juan Tabo in a shopping center with some good shops like a Walgreens, Dairy Queen, and great sports bar/karaoke Spectators. There is also a fuel station. This grocer always has a stocked and organized produce section. The cold drinks aisle is huge with a nice variety. Customer Service had an employee the other day who made getting a replacement loyalty card a breeze. Self Checkout has 6 or 7 stations so I never have to wait very long to get out of there. Right as you come in the south side of the store you come through a large bakery and deli which is always stocked with delicious, fresh product. The only rub I have with the place is no public restroom I can see, though they may have one upstairs, I've never asked. Store is always clean though a traffic jam can form right between the frozen aisles and the checkouts so travel through the back of the store.

Smiths is our go-to grocery store. This location is pretty good--staff are friendly and helpful, and the layout is reasonable. Regular prices are sometimes a little steep, but not as high as A. Fresh Values deals help. Gas station on premises is a plus.
