Last time I came to this location their system was down but I did find out that it is way cheaper to just order your phone online! No taxes, no activation fees, just pay for service if it's a new line or half the phone and service to keep your number.

OMG!! Adrian (manager) so freaking awesome!!! We expected to get one phone and walked out with more!! (with our upgrade) I definitely recommend this store than the other MetroPCS stores!! If only I could give 10⭐ stars instead of 5...

Very Unprofessional Both Ladies Had A Attitude And Kept Saying there were unable To process The Transaction Seems Like They Didn’t Know What There Where Doing ! I went To Another Location And Was Able To Get It Done In Less Than 10 min Agents Need More Training!

Terrible service because in one week I went twice the same times and I did not receive good treatment at all because the woman who served me was very bad-tempered and had a complete negative attitude.

Hello everyone so i rate the store five star because they have the best customer service and they help you resolve The problem that’s in your phone service or account. I’ve gone to other MetroPCS stores like the ones on Juan tabo and the one on Wyomi and Central and I promise you, you will not receive the same services as these guys on Zuni they will not help you at all they will not explain things to you properly. If you were going to get any kind of service from metro I promise you they will not help you with any problems that you’re coming across they will just simply say I’m sorry it’s out of my hands you have to call customer service for that problem, and well this kind of customer service is unacceptable and very unprofessional in my experience. I had problems with my home Internet, and the person who attended me and Whom I will not mention their name for security, and safety purposes, did not help me remove the home Internet service off my account instead, he had me wait almost half an hour and then told me he needs the home Internet box which I paid for to be returned to the store At this point I didn’t care about losing $20 so I drove back home 15 minute drive came back to the store and had me wait another 30 minutes to just tell me I’m sorry I can’t help you. It’s out of my hands. Telling me call customer service, even though my phone line was disconnected and didn’t explain to me that I can call metro even if it’s disconnected,he just simply said I’m sorry find someone to help you with that. So that happened but I decide to drive here in Zuni to this MetroPCS store and there’s a huge difference. These guys have excellent customer service and show professional work and can help customers with their metro PCS account or services I really recommend coming here and if you guys in Zuni are reading this, thank you very much for your help???.
