Since HR Block bought Sage Accounting, my experience has been unreliable. Late filings, incorrect filing amounts, account rep changes, and now I can't get the owner to call me back. I do not recommend if you are hiring them to do your business taxes.NOTE: The “owner” responded that they stand by their HR Block “Guarantee” that my taxes will be correct. However, this guarantee IS NOT OFFERED FOR BUSINESSES, only personal tax returns. My review addresses business taxes. Just another example of their lack of attention to detail. You just proved my point. Thanks “owner!”

After having confusing experiences trying to book an appointment at two other branches I am so glad that I finally called the Louisiana branch. I'm relatively new to being self-employed. Anita was anything I could have ever hoped for, very knowledgeable able to answer all of my questions and knew the answers to questions I didn't even know I should have. everyone in the office was super warm and friendly too . That goes a long way when you're having massive tax anxiety. I will go back there every year no question
