Why is it that they advertise/post tax specialists at this location. but when You go to make an appt, they arent available at the location or other locations. this is fraud and fake advertising!

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I set a appointment at 2 and it's now 3. Completely unprofessional. What's the purpose of setting an appointment then? Corporate needs to take a look at some of these dinosaurs (employees) and make sure they're working in a timely manner. I want my money back they charged me and to file a complaint. If this is not resolved then I'll definitely be taking my business elsewhere next year.

H&R Block was fantastic, professional, timely reasonably priced and accurate with best practices for receiving most return or least amount owed. I strongly suggest using their online or walk-in service
