CVS is an ups pickup access point. Package was received by Olivia. she was very rude, not checking the packages. She wouldn’t even check the packages for my name.

Their hours of operations are incorrect online they close 2 hours earlier than what it says through Google. I asked an employee and they set up they've been trying to correct it for 2 years now sounds like complete laziness to me

Worst pharmacy ever!
The people that work there are extremely rude and spiteful. I know a few people that have experienced the staff at that CVS play control games with peoples prescriptions. I now go to another CVS and they are wonderful, respectful and will really work with you if there is any discrepancy filling your prescription. The pharmacist and their staff on Unser need an attitude adjustment and better customer service skills. Don't go to the CVS on 10700 Unser Blvd NW 87114, they are a nightmare there! It takes a lot of me being mistreated to write a review! That says it all right there.

I ordered photos and it said it was ready for pick up . Came to pick up and the store is closed early ?? Google says 10pm and it’s 8:30?

Just left after being prompted by a rude kid. Who apparently closing a hour early is more important than allowing a customer in to purchase a drink. That employee needs to be taught a lesson in manners and customer service. It's truly sad what the standards are for employment these days.

Jeez, had a delivery and an item missing. Called store, in itself a convoluted phone hassle, then got a lady who saw the missing item sitting there and real snippy asked how does she handle this, call the driver back or? I said just refund then she made some snippy response I wasn’t able to understand and literally slammed the phone down and hung up as I was asking how long before expect my refund.

I just called the pharmacy because my medication should of been ready on January 22nd 2024. It is now January 24 and I the medication is still not ready. I called to find out what is the hold up. I waited on the phone 20 minutes before pharmacist answered. When the gentleman answered the 1st thing out of his mouth was. "Jesus Christ". (Why didn't he say, "CVS and then his name"?. So, I asked "Did you just say Jesus Christ"?. His reply was "Yes, I'm busy want do you want". Of course, I was surprised ? ? because if he can't handle is job. He needs to seek other employment. I wasn't the cause of his frustration. Hopefully he's not the person handling my medication. I guess I should feel lucky that the manufacturer hasn't sent it yet. I think that guy needs to take some mood stabilizers or something. Hopefully he is not a manager.

I'm a healthcare professional and I called this CVS pharmacy 12-13-2023 in regards to a mutual patient. I was told by management that my concern in regards to reporting this issue means nothing to them the person I spoke to was Ed and he also referred me over to his other manager Anthony. They were very unprofessional I tried calling several times, my call was picked up and placed on the counter for quite a long time and told he would never answer my calls from our office. This is affecting patient care and I'm unsure how to resolve this issue.

Do not use the UPS drop off here, they will lose your package and then not give you any information to help you find it.
