I made a mistake while ordering Christmas cards and Juan was so helpful. Even though it was my fault, he went the extra mile to help me resolve the problem. Great customer service.

Melissa needs some customer service skill; But the rest of the staff is really amazing. They are nice and do care. It was nice calling and actually talking to a person. A huge plus for me.
