I had my tires rotated there a few months ago and they broke the front bolt off the wheel.
Then tried to refer me to their preferred shop to fix it, but did not offer reimbursement.
It is costing me $220 to fix their mistake.
Now I'm needing a tire replacement, but will not be going there!

My wife and I made an appointment to get a flat tire fixed at the Costco Tire Center on 500 Eubank Blvd SE. There was nobody at the tire center counter when we arrived so we walked around looking for someone. Finally a tall young man came out from the back door and instead of welcoming us he just pointed rudely toward the counter without talking. So we walked back to the front counter and things got worse. His response to our questions were abrupt, bordering on rude, as if we were bothering him by being there. We have been Costco members here in Albuquerque since 1993. This is not the first time we have been treated badly. It is just another sad example which exemplifies their poor customer relations and it was unpleasant enough for me to take the time to write this review. Finally, what should have been a 15 minute repair took 1-1/2 hours.

Great customer service all around! My fiancé had ordered tires online for her Cruze. She had also ordered gm tpms for all her wheels which they installed no issues at all. We had also asked to save all used tires which they did and had placed in tire bags. Super easy and smooth. No headaches at all. Very professional servicing. Thank you tire center at eubank! Highly recommended tire shop.

They are nice but not very intelligent or aware. Came in with a visible nail in my tire, all air leaking out within hours. Waited 1.5 hours even when I had an appointment I was told would take about 15 minutes only for them to tell me there was “nothing wrong”. I asked if I could go back and show them the nail and they said there is no nail. So here I am with a nail in my tire, out 2 hours of my time. Will probably not return.

Wow, the guys at the tire center are great . I have a 27-foot Class C motor home with duel rear wheels that is too tall to fit into the building at Costco. The manager came in an hour early to work on the RV outside in the cold in January. That's going above and beyond for service. I'll definitely be coming back for my next tire purchase.

I brought my car in because I was told by Honda service center that the tires I had earlier gotten from Costco was defective. The Costco technician showed me that the tires are okay and it was the rim that was bent. I was able to purchase the rim elsewhere and the Costco technician got it installed quickly. Awesome job by the Costco technician who was so helpful and friendly.

Worst experience ever, came to grab a pizza after my kids game. And waited over an hour for one pizza. They kept telling us 20 more minutes, when customers that placed their order after us continued to get their food. They blamed it on a big order, but if you have a big order at least alternate between that order and the people who have been waiting patiently the entire time. We didn't even get an apology for the wait. Check your priorities people!

This has now become my go to Costco. Each one is a bit different in the city and this one seems to have cheaper gas and a more diverse selection of food! The parking situation is also easier and it never feels to crowded, even on the weekends!

Horrible pharmacy! Incredibly rude and unhelpful - just avoid this locations pharmacy, especially Tanya. They are incredibly unknowledgeable about basic CDC guidelines. Had to go to Renaissance location to get my vaccine.

They can be busy especially when brand name tires go on sale, but their staff are friendly and efficient! Make an appointment (I believe there is scheduling on their website, but you can also call to make an appointment). The front desk staff have to walk paperwork and keys back to the garage, so if they don't pick up the phone they may be temporarily away from the desk. If you don't feel like killing time shopping, there is a coffee and donut shop across the street that you can walk to (Rise and Roast)! Finally, you can look at costco.com to research what tire you want ahead of time.

I have used Costco gas in many places across the country and at this particular place It was clean and well attended with staff a available to help you in no matter what type of situation you may need. Costco in general has very good covid-19 practices in all their staff were masked as well. The quality of the gas is excellent especially for the price point that they ask for and if you need to use premium gas it's a really good value. I recommend using Costco not only for the quality of their goods and their gas but how they treat their staff and give them a livable wage with healthcare and benefits I always want to support a large retail Box store that does that type of thing
