Terrible Customer service. First, my hemp seeds did not grow (which arrived a month after I ordered them), Second, after my second order of seedlings, I still hadn't received them after 3 weeks. Couldn't reach customer service for a long time. Finally did a week later, and was told they would be send out the following week (again, to be received a month later). I finally got a random refund for my order with no explanation. They won't answer e-mails, nor will they pick up their customer service phone.

I bought from this place online last year thinking it was in Colorado as stated. After a week I inquired about my order. It arrived from ABQ 8 days after I ordered it. So I decided to go to their address here and save the shipping fee. Well they are not at the address stated on Midway. No other address is available on their website. Very disappointing.
