I had a horrible experience with the security asking me to stand and wait for about a minute before letting me in. I found out that he wasn't supposed to do that from another Burlington. I have decided to never shop here again.

The woman at the counter ripped me off $10.00. It's the woman wearing the covid mask, maybe 5'8" or 5'9". Check your money well when getting rushed out the door. Probably smoking fentanyl, or just being a thief...

This store is ghetto! They let only a few people shop, you walk in and at the door you have to wait behind a tape, untill someone leaves. And the store is not even busy. Sad times!

Do NOT come here! I honestly wish I could give zero stars. Customer service is horrible and god forbid you have to use the restroom! Just know there’s “Not one.” If you want a really uncomfortable shopping experience then I’d highly recommend coming here but if not then look elsewhere. I’m super disappointed in this Burlington and I will not be returning.

They don't have restrooms for their customers to use. Very inconvenient especially if you are pregnant or have small children. Long lines at times but they do have good inventory and prices .

This location has great potential if the store was kept neat and tidy but it isn't very hard to navigate in a wheelchair as items are left on the floor of most of the isles. Spent more time trying to get around the clutter than shopping.
