I hope you read through my experience you and never get a Boot Barn cc. You can't pay online ( the system is always down). You can't add auto pay with a live person *online only and it doesn't work. You can pay over the phone, but there is an additional $9 charge even with the automated service. I took me 90 days to cancel the card. 3 months in a row, I called to cancel, and I continued to receive notices as if the card was active. I have perfect credit, and I absolutely hate that I got this card. It's been a nightmare to pay the balance. It's been a battle to cancel, and thanks to the terrible customer service when I call in, I will no longer shop at the stores. There's nowhere else to complain about this card or their multiple issues so it's here or nothing. You can shop at the store if you want, just believe me when I say DO NOT GET THEIR CREDIT CARD!!!!!!

Was in the store for 30 min found what I wanted had 2 different prices on tags,to which they said lower price wrong no biggie took them anyway,went to register waited 5 min asked for help lady with short blonde comb over says I’ll be right there she finally came,started to help me then phone rang she said,sorry I have to help the phone call,I said can’t you put that on hold? She ignored continued call, worse service I’ve experienced and we as construction/welding co my guys and I spend a lot in this store

Got there at 8 sharp but the gentleman at the door let me in after I showed him my worn out pair of durango's,and told him I'll be quick i was out in 3 minutes beat the rest of the customers that were already there and didn't hold nobodyKyle definitely is wearing the team shirt a great addition to the storeRayleen the cashier was very helpful and extra kind

Amazing young lady at the front dest. Went to exchange jacket although in the system said they were out I went to go look and believe it or not the correct jacket I wanted was there. Went to exchange and gal was happy to swap out and ended up getting $30 + back because of a sale going on. She was surprised to. Today has been my lucky day.

Boot Barn has a nice selection of western style boots for women! Most of the boots have an athletic shoe fit & comfort on the interior. Perfect for work or with jeans. No more aching feet. ??
