I purchased a new belt and wallet. Very pleased with the quality, better than I expected. And the price was great too. PS…I did make this purchase online. Shipped quickly and in great condition.

Customer service was great as far as asking questions and assistance. However, I was surprised they did not know how to fold your clothes purchase when putting your clothes in the bag. My shirts were quickly wrapped in a ball then placed in the bag. I had to take them back out to fold them myself. I informed the manager of this and the young manager that was there seemed confused and stated they don’t have a procedure for putting your purchase in the bag. She then gave a poor attempt at folding a shirt and placing one of my shirts back in the bag. I then realized the problem is a management level.

I visited tonight because I was looking for a work boot with no liner. Just after I walked in Chris asked me if I needed help and went on to show me the work boot selection and was a great help. This is an excellent store for work and western wear.

My dad and I are local residents of Albuquerque. He wanted to get me a pair of boots for Christmas, and I told him I like Timberlands. We couldn't find them anywhere. Not Shoe Dept., Red Wings, Sportsman Warehouse. So we tried Boot Barns in the Coronado mall. Once I walked in, they had the biggest selection of boots I'd ever seen! I found a section of Timberlands and picked out a pair I wanted right away. Steel toe Pros. Then, as we approached the cash register to pay for them, the associate tried to upsale us on boot products right away. So out of the 3 or 4, he mentioned I told him if I were to need or use one of them, which one would it be? He told me the leather conditioner, so I said okay throw it in. We purchase our items and leave.A few days later, I managed to get some scuff marks on my boots already, so I looked up the directions on how to use the conditioner and at the end of it, my smudges were smeared. Then, I go to YouTube to research how to properly clean Timberland boots and ultimately found out that using a complete dry method with using a nail Emory board works best. Got rid of my smudges right away.Lastly, I come to find out my Timberland Pros are suede leather, and it says directly on the bottle not to use on Suede. I didn't know that information at the time of purchase. So, 3 stars for having the biggest selection of boots in Albuquerque. And 2 stars taken because an associate upsold me on a product I didn't need for my boots.
