** THEY BAIT AND SWITCH** So I talked to the lady at the front desk and asked how much they would charge to install a transmission that I would buy. After I gave her ALL THE CORRECT INFO THAT SHE ASKED she then gave me a price so I decided it was a fair price and ordered a transmission. Then when the transmission arrived I went down and asked when I can bring the truck in and the ride owner tried to jack up the by $600. His secretary is his wife and talked to their son ( and employee) who gave me the price which I agreed but the owner didn't want to honor their price so I'm stuck with a $3000 transmission. I told the owner that the way he conducts his business is very unprofessional and very bad business he did not like it he started yelling at me and coming at me very aggressively he had a very bad temper. Lucky that I had my lapel camera on when I initially made the first deal with this company and I have plenty of text messages so next thing is contacting the better Business bureau and the attorney general's office because I'm sure I'm not the only ones who these guys bait and switched and the owner is a uncontrollable angry person and I also got videos of him acting like this. Once I explore my options most likely I will sue this very bad company in court I got all the proof in the world. I own two companies and will never act like this company

Passing through town in an RV, I had a fuel line break. They were able to get it repaired that day and back on the road. Extremely helpful. Beware they don't take credit cards though.

The first time I went there I was charged a tire disposal fee only to get box truck home and see tires in the truck. The second time my box truck was broken into under their care and all my tools were stolen the lady never refunded my tire charge or bothered to follow up as she said she would check cameras. Basically acted like oh well after charging way more than I should of paid . Never again....Service: General repairs & maintenance

I had these guys work on my transmission for my Acura! Man talk about VIP service.Picked up my car towed it to their shop, found some other issues they repaired.I send everyone I can to them.They also do heavy duty and diesel work!

This is a group of very nonprofessional individuals who guess at what the problems are, both the owner and mechanics have no idea what they're doing! Spent a lot of money here on guessing what issues are and in the end, still not resolved! When returning for a refund or asking for them to repair the issue correctly, they wanted to charge me for guessing what the issues would be again! The owners said he's gone to court several times before and had no problem going again, these comments alone should keep you away from A&S mechanic shop! Just putting this out there to WARN all of you about what you're in for if you go here!!Services: Engine repair

Do NOT bring your vehicle to A & S Auto/Truck Care for automotive repairs or servicing! Coming here was an expensive mistake and an extremely negative experience. I am giving it one star since I don’t have the option to give it none.Regarding the owner who was also the mechanic (Armand):• Over charged for services and parts provided• Did not itemize my bill and could not explain the total cost• Did not guarantee the work provided• Unprofessional and combative• Refused to listen to the car the very next morning after repairs were completed as it was still making the same noise I had taken it in for• He said, “Maybe you’re just hearing noises you want to hear” instead of asking me to bring the vehicle back in to listen to it• Stated it was a new noise that I was hearing without re-inspection of or listening to the vehicle again• Stated I would have to pay for more services and parts since his original diagnoses did not resolve the issue without looking or listening to the vehicle again.• Put two gouges into my brand new rim as well as other smaller scratches• Vehicle came back dirtier than when I left it off• He was more interested in his cell phone than listening to the car issues and getting the keys and locking lug nut when dropping it off for repairs• The facility is disorganized and cluttered and the parking area is covered in debrisOverall, this was an incredibly disappointing experience. I am completely shocked at the owner/mechanic’s lack of professionalism and combative nature. I can’t help but think his defensive behavior is due to his untrustworthy workmanship. He was abusive and accusatory. I thought he would simply ask me to bring it in to listen to it or ask me to give it a couple days to let the parts break in. When I told the owner/mechanic that I was going to recommend my dad cancel his upcoming vehicle appointment and write a review of my experience he said, “do what you gotta do”. During the one short follow up call I made, he said he was “very busy” and had “work to do” before hanging up (this would have been an even shorter call if he had just told me to bring it in). Clearly, A and S does not care to retain customers for future business. I will never use this facility again and you should not either.

Amador and Michelle took the time to fix my f250 right when other shops couldn't, and they had it done in a great amount of time, I'd definitely recommend them and will be only using then for now on
