The front desk service manager (Zach) was great to work with. He performed due diligence in keeping me updated with the progress on my RAM diesel truck. They dropped me off at my home and picked me up. I do feel that I got ripped off for a part that they charged me for. The description was Nitrogen Oxide (NOX) Sensor Module. The charge was $1,272.07. After calling to ask specifics as to what the part was, I looked on line at the local NAPA supply store and the part lists for only $875.49!

We've used Tierra del Sol since it was in Alan's garage many years ago and never had a problem. We've had friends/family passing through with problems that they have managed to work into a busy schedule so they could get back on the road. I like being given prices and options ahead of time and realistic repair times. We recommend to anyone new in town or who has problems with their current shop.

Took my RAV4 in for routine service and was treated with friendless and professionalism. They went beyond what was expected by calling me back that day to use a code reader to verify the used transmission they installed was free of any error codes before the warranty ran out. I took Mr. Schaulk's advice and took the car back for the code check and it was free of any errors.

I was able to schedule maintenance on my vehicle a few weeks out. They dropped me off at my home and picked me up. Very respectful. I was also able to get an estimate of services before hand, so I could plan out the payment. Efficient and clean. Thank you!

I had been to another shop and was sorely disappointed, but after talking thoroughly with one of the guys on the phone here, getting scheduled promptly, and having my car issue resolved, I’m glad things didn’t go right with the other place and found my way here. I felt like my time and money was equally valued here, as well as, felt confident telling my husband any other issues our vehicles have will be handled here.

I started taking my vehicles here after several bad experiences with other mechanics and auto shops around Alamogordo. Now my grown kids and their spouses also use Tierra del Sol. These folks have been honest with us and they don't do anything until they've called and talked to me first and give their estimate.
