“Great experience. I took my truck in suspecting I had a transmission problem. The guys ran diagnostics and drove the vehicle. They determined my problem was not the transmission at all, but the fan clutch, which I had replaced when I put in a new water pump. I took the truck home and re-installed the old clutch. The problem I was having disappeared. I asked the guys when I was there about other things I thought may be needed, such as band adjustment. They were very knowledgeable and took the time to explain to me why they did not think I needed that service. They did offer to change the fluid and filter on my transmission, but I had already done that. I was very impressed with their honesty. They did the job that was needed and provided the solution without trying to upsell me or recommend work that was not needed. “My partner and I made a silly, costly mistake of misfueling our rental car while on vacation. Our rental car broke down right in front of B&B Paint & Body last Sunday. We had no other choice but to leave the car on their property. When we called them first thing Monday morning, the gentleman who I spoke to was very kind and sympathetic to what happened. Even though they couldn't repair the car, they assured us that they wouldn't tow the vehicle and suggested a repair shop that may be able to help us. He also emphasized that if he could help in any way, to let him know.We appreciated their patience as we worked to get the vehicle off their property since we were staying an hour away in Las Cruces. “Had a turbo replaced on a 2011 Ram 3500. They scheduled me in very fast. Excellent installation and the time Brandon took to explain the trouble codes and service bulletin recommended options was greatly appreciated. I had a couple of questions about the operation of the new unit and they graciously performed the diagnostics with me so I could view the programmer. Shout out to John and Gregg and the office staff. Oh yeah, and they came in under quote! Great job! Will definitely do business again.”

“Bob is old-school but he really knows what he's doing. I had front end work on a truck at another place and they recommended Bob's for an alignment. He did the work and I left on a trip. The truck pulled to the right so I thought there might be something wrong with the adjustments. I took it back and he checked the alignment, swapped tires positions, etc. It was a bad tire. I had the tires rotated to the rear and it runs perfectly straight. His work is very reasonably priced and he's a friendly guy!”
