Great service!
Prime meats and pork.
Only thing missing is sawdust on the floor.
You only know that if you’re old enough to remember old time butcher shop.
I will shop no where else for my meat and pork products.

I had to do this to them, but unfortunately they deserve it. I asked them before Thanksgiving if I could get center cut filet mignon. No problem, we have prime aged meats, you won't be disappointed. I told them more than once, I don't want any rubbery marbleization running through them. They looked at me like, what are you kidding, we don't sell meat like that. I placed the order and I picked it up the day before Thanksgiving. Low and behold, I unwrap it on Thanksgiving and it's exactly what I told them that I didn't want. Not only that one of the steaks was almost brown and you could see from the shape of it, it was the tail end of the filet. In addition all of the steaks were riddled with those thick rubber band marblizations. In closing, they lied about me getting center cut steaks and I could've done better at a super market, much better. I'll never go back there, and it was my first and last. Make sure you check out what they sell you. I'm going to add a photo of what I cut out the steaks before I cooked them.

New to town and started looking for resources. Found Wyckoff Prime and have no need for anyplace else. First purchase a Prime Brisket for smoking. It was fantastic. Second purchase was a pair of Prime dry aged bone in Shells. Again, fantastic. Grabbed some of their premade meatballs and garlic bread just for kicks tonight, and again, first class provisions. Nice and helpful counter people with real knowledge. Stop in, its much more than a Butcher shop, though it is excellent at that.

Step into another decade, this shop has everything you could want on demand and more if you call in advance. I walked in to check the place out a couple of months ago and asked if they had brisket, that I wanted to make a pastrami - he asked if I wanted the flat or the point, and we wanted fatty so went for the point. He took a full packer brisket and broke it down on the spot, took a ton of fat off, left the good stuff on. Today I went by to buy some ribs and ground pork for dumplings. He had both. Baby backs were thick and meaty. They also sell St. Louis style if you call them ahead of time. Next time I want to pick up some dry aged steaks. This place is heaven for a BBQ or grilling enthusiast like myself. It's worth going out of your way!

Went there for the first time Friday afternoon and very very impressed with the large selection of day aged meats and are cut to order. He brought out the primal cut and cut 2 rib steaks to order. Ground beef is ground to order and the burgers were the best i have ever had...melt in your mouth. I asked for some marrow bones for my dogs and even cut those (my dogs were elated.) While we were leaving the men were making fresh meatball and sausage that look fabulous. Heading back next week for more goodies

Just got some meats. They have everything fresh. Forget Shoprite and Stop & Shop, do yourselves a solid and go to Wyckoff Prime Meats.

Emilio is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I had so many questions and he answered all of them. I placed my order the day before and at 9am my ribs were ready to be picked up. Looking forward to becoming a regular here. Can’t recommend enough.
