I need to share my experience with this branch and the lovely ladies who staff it.Although the drive through opens at 8:30, the main office opens at 9:00 am.I arrived at 8:30, trying to go before work at 9:00. They were kind enough to open the door to me and process my transaction. NOW THATS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!

Every time I need help from valley national bank , Wyckoff staff are friendly, professional and helpful, Especially mrs Fadia Kalousieh who will always go out of her way to accommodate my request and help with a great spirit. Thank you

I cannot believe I just drove up to Valley National Bank in Wyckoff New Jersey. There is a woman at the drive-through by the name of the Nesreen Rivera. Miss Rivera is here to greet me at the window. Her way of greeting me is rolling her eyes and muttering something under her breath. Not a hello, not a good morning, not even a smile. I know the bank has cameras… They should actually use those cameras to watch how their employees conduct themselves. If this were one of my employees, she would immediately be placed in training. Training as to how to greet someone properly.

Painful to do banking in Wyckoff. Nazarine is unpleasant each and every time. Customer Service training is much needed. Rest of staff is usually friendly and accommodating.

The worst bank ever! I will never do business here or reccomend anyone do business with this bank. At one point, I was confused this may have been a franchise and not a corporate location. I'm talking about the wyckoff location and paramus outlets locations. I'm now in Wyckoff listening to the teller (Flora) currently talking smack about me (a customer). I actually am hearing this while I'm in the office listening to her ramble off in the back area. At the time I was talking to the store manager (Gil Parham) and Vice President (Elaine Lavo), the "Vice President" received a personal call and rudely leaves me. At that point the manager Gil says "yeah pretty much we can't help you." This staff is horrible and must be changed if you want to be successful. I did not see a smile on anyone's face at Valley National Banks two branches I visited today. Maybe you should make some staff changes and movements. These people aren't happy with their jobs.

I've been a customer at Valley for at least 25 years and in Wyckoff at least 10 years. I am multi racial and have found the staff to be very professional and courteous. I do hope the reviewer who felt prejudiced against can voice his concerns through corporate and perhaps find some misunderstandings that can be discussed and if need be corrected.

This Valley National Bank branch has become horrible. If this was my first experience at this bank, I would have gone elsewhere. Many of the staff are racist, discriminatory and unhelpful. If I could give this branch 0 stars, I would. This was not always the case with this location. If you are a valley national bank customer, avoid this branch. If you are thinking of opening a new account, looking for a loan, mortgaging, etc. and this is your nearest Valley location, I suggest you go to another bank. It would be inconvenient to go to the next town every time you needed to go to the bank. If they hire new staff or I have a better experience in the future I will be sure to update my rating.
