I was in the store today around 12-1ish. No one greeted me, or asked if I needed any help. I walked around the store with my arms full of clothes, no one asked if they could start a room for me. In fact, no one spoke to me at all the entire time I was there. I left without anything. I’ll buy elsewhere, I can get these brands anywhere. There were about 3-4 employees chatting/complaining about boy problems at the register.When there was a store in Montclair, the employees were so nice, and attentive. Even if I couldn’t find anything, I always had a nice shopping experience. The management in Woodcliff Lake has A LOT of work to do.

When I moved to the area last November I was thrilled to see how close I would be living to South Moon Under. However, after time and time again of going to this specific store location and leaving with a bad experience, I’m finally fed up and will be taking my business elsewhere. I do a good amount of shopping on Revolve and they sell a lot of the same clothes with free shipping… without the poor customer service.I don’t think I’ve ever been greeted with a hello as I come into the store. No employee has ever asked how I’m doing or if they can help me find anything. If I need help I have to go to the desk where all the employees are hanging out and chatting during the entire experience. I’ve even asked for a dressing room and instead of being walked back, the employee pointed from the desk and said yeah you can take that one straight back. The employees talk the entire time as you’re checking out, paying no attention to you and seeming as though they can’t be bothered to give you the time of day. The thing that finally took me over the edge is today when I went in to make a return, the employee stared at me as I walked up to the desk, no hello, just straight into “are you returning” with attitude. No questions about if anything was wrong with the item, no goodbye, no happy holidays.No matter how much I like the clothes it’s not worth coming to this store just to feel like I’m annoying these employees with my business.

They keep their policy a secret from their customers. Never shopping here again. Clothes are way too overpriced as well.

New policy no store credit. Absolutely ridiculous. “Manager” was not willing to come to a resolution. Never shopping here again.

Went in the store and they didn’t have anything to my liking. I went in to try an item in the fitting room. The rude part was when I had finished and gotten out of the fitting room one girl with a cardigan and blondish colored hair looked at me like I had 5 eyes. Seriously, could have just asked me if I liked the item instead of looking at me as if I am a creature that wandered in to your store. Also, try to check the fitting rooms next time before closing to NOT lock customers in.

I always have an amazing shopping experience here. Sales associates are attentive and helpful. I never leave here empty handed! Grateful to have such an amazing store nearby for the perfect outfit. Shout out to Stacy in particular for all of her amazing recommendations!

Soooo sad. I used to shop here all the time but now EVERYTHING is either a teensy crop top or tie dyed. I swear this store got significantly younger — I’m not that old!

I shop at this store pretty often and was shocked by the employees behavior. I was in the store for no more than 3 minutes when 2 of the employees started screaming at each other at the front of the store for 5 minutes straight. Clearly they did not care if customers heard their loud argument and it was extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional. I was planning on buying a few items, but after the screaming match between employees, another employee watching my every movement through out the store to clean up an item i might have moved within 3 seconds of me being at that specific clothing rack and the fitting rooms being closed an hour before store closes with no warning from an employee was enough for me to not buy any of the items I wanted. I’ve never felt so uncomfortable and blatantly rushed out of a store before! Horrible experience!

Although you can find some really cute items here and the sales people are very good, wish the managers had a better grip on customer satisfaction.

Brittany was sooo awesome. She spent a lot of time helping me and my cousins pick out a dress. She probably helped us go through 15 dresses and took the time to pick the right one.

I would give 0 stars if I could solely based on customer service. I walked in and the one girl told me about the denim promo. She asked if I needed help with anything and I said no I've never actually been in here and I've been wanting to pop in. So I looked around and saw a couple really pretty ponchos I wanted to get. I figured I'd come back to browse more since I was running close to feeding my 2 month old (who I had in a stroller). As I left I said thank you so much have a nice day. Both girls were standing by the door talking low and as I walked through the second door I heard a "bye see you never". I couldn't believe what I had heard. So you will see me again but I will make a point if I go back in there and you are working, not to purchase while you're there in case you work off of commission. Shame on you.
