As soon as a I get into the store ….. all the employees start staring at me like if I would steal something from them. The worst experience I ever had at Madewell …… will never come back to this store ……. I’m sorry Madewell but this was a no no to buy something from that store.

Amazing customer service!! I stopped in when I needed an outfit in a pinch and was on a road trip and the salesperson was beyond helpful. A few months later, I had an issue with madewell clothing and the Tice's staff was very eager to help clear it up/

Mixed feelings here customer service has been both good and bad. The staff on 1/4 were super sweet and helpful when I was looking for a pair of jeans. The lady on shift on 1/6 in the afternoon was more interested in chatting with her friends and was p rude and dismissive when I asked her about sizing.

We had the BEST experience here! I took my son’s GF, (college age) and they have the cutest things. A ton of choices. This was the 5th store we went into along this strip and I wish we had started at Madewell. Jeans are always a challenge. The sales help greeted us in a friendly manner but didn’t come on too strong. One of the managers, Danielle made this a productive and great shopping experience. She took one look at her “client” knew what size and what cut jean would fit best. Total out of the park home run! Maybe 30 minutes later, we walked out loaded up with adorable pieces that fit really well, were on sale, and saved us easily an hour of time by not trying on cuts and sizes that wouldn’t have fit. Thank you, Danielle! We now have our go-to place!
