Shops are all about people and I have been disappointed at this store over and over. Recently I wanted to give it a chance one more time and I walk in, a female staff who was standing, facing the front door completely ignores me, not a single hello or what are you looking for? and walks away. Not even an acknowledgment. There was a nice gentleman there before but with an exception of that, staff is not interested in helping or selling. They are doing a complete disservice to the brand which is great. I would avoid this store and spend your money at Madewell where they actually make you feel welcome.

The store manager, Kristie Tiner, at the Woodcliff Store has absolutely no business in being in customer service, let alone a manager. After shopping at this location since it opened, I certainly will never be back. This manager could care less about her customers or sales. Nothing but a waste of time discussing a valid issue because she was beyond apathetic. She certainly could have turned this experience around, and could care less. Shocked someone of her demeanor and unprofessionalism could work for this company for five years. She shouldn't be in a high end location such as this one. I suggest the factory outlet to revisit the basics of customer service.

I prefer this store over the ones at the malls in the area. Its always a little bit more helpful and low key.
