It’s fine except you might wake up to hammering so loud that your bed is shaking. Too bad I can’t post the video here. And rent is way too high for what you get but so is any other place I guess.

DO NOT MOVE HERE! TENANTS SHOULD START A RENT STRIKE AND CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT! THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX SHOULD BE CONDEMNED! 488 NJ codes and standards violations since 2021 and noremedy repairs or replacements completed Yet. STATE INSPECTORS DO NOT DO THEIR JOB TO REPORT HEALTH & SAFETY HAZARDS that you point out to them. Westover Companies and Red Bank Run Townhomes employees are Godless, greedy evil and lawless. Water infiltration, visible mold growth, no moisture barrier, wood dry rot, cabinets dry rotted, discolored water(YELLOW,BROWN,BLUE) low water pressure, sediment returning in the toilet, dog waste everywhere in common areas, restricted dog breeds allowed to live here at large and attack and chase you down, no playground or swimming pool, appliances break down no replacement, no major maintenance repairs get done at all. Outdated malfunctioning 50 year old HVAC system causes high electric bill, overcharged water and sewer bill. German cockroaches, silverfish and drain flies. Smell Marijuana all day and all night, dogs bark and howl all day and all night. Drug dealers and drug addicts live here because of nepotism and fratenizing. If they get police raided they do not get evicted brcause they are related to staff. Cars being vandalized everyday. Kids fighting and disturbing the peace everyday No peaceful or enjoyable moments to be had living here! Also management and maintenance enter your apartment without any proper notice or permission when you are not at home. You may come home to someone randomly in your apartment. Smh maintenance disassembled and unplugged my blink camera so that he wouldn't be recorded spackling and painting over top of Water damage and mold. They even hate plants which are living things too. Now they are going to have landscapers dig up your flowers and plants if they are not in a pot even though you have a bordered flower bed to improve your home appearance. They are jealous of you if you live good and take care of your home. I can give them free lessons on how to live a good life and how to do good in the world. UPDATE. 04/26/2024 LANDLORD IS NOT RENEWING MY LEASE WITHOUT CAUSE. THIS IS CAUSING ME AND MY FAMILY A HARDSHIP AND HOMELESSNESS!!!! UPDATE 06/18/2024 I HAVE A CIVIL RIGHTS CASE AGAINST THIS LANDLORD FOR THEIR NEGLIGENCE TO ADDRESS MOLD COLONY INFESTATION IN MY APARTMENT CAUSING ME AND MY FAMILY ILLNESS. MY LEASE WAS NOT RENEWED BY LANDLORD NOW IM ON MONTH TO MONTH LEASE SO I AM WITHOLDING RENT, RENT REDUCTION AND CONSTRUCTIVE EVICTION.

I can't understand why the facility in Woodbury NJ is a non-smoking area especially on the inside of the townhouses. Why you all is letting the tenants to smoke marijuana inside their homes. It is a form of smoke and its unhealthy for the ones that don't smoke marijuana especially the Kids. The smell that is coming from the other apartments is horrible. I will further investigate this matter and will get the local news involved. Marijuana or Cigarette smoke is still smoke. If a lawsuit can be placed it will happen. Will be reaching out to other tenants to get their opinion on the smell that comes from marijuana.

Unpon arriving to view these apartments. I must say the look very nice grounds are maintained. However after driving around checking out this complex there was black mold on the sides of the walls and a few buildings with blue tarp on the Roofs which is a red flag that there's problems. These apartments are over priced for the shape that they are In. I'm moving on to the next!!! Good luck to anyone considering these

I have lived here for 3 years now.When i say their maintenance is always on top if it, they are always on top of it. I got lucky to live in an apartment complex where it has alot of parking and it peaceful. I also feel alot safer here, i dont have to worry if i have a parking when i come home from work. They are always cleaning as well.
