Been doing business at this location for year's. The customer service has always been above and beyond. It's not everyday especially in retail we come across people who truly care and understand. Thank you to each representative at this location.

SCAMMERS. I went in on October 28th attempting to pay for 1 month of service. I paid with a $100 bill for a $50 balance, the employee refused to give me $50 change and instead gave me $30 and a tablet I didn't want no matter how many times I said I don't need or want a tablet. There goes almost half my grocery money. Now, 13 days later, my phone service is shut off for no reason and I get a text saying I owe $50. Plenty of other phone providers on the same block, shop somewhere else before you waste your time and money in this joke of a storefront.

Guy in there today was trying to over charge me for a phone and acting like he was giving me a deal, not the first time this has happened at this location they tried to charge me 50 for a sim card in the past. This place is a joke.

Why are this people posting false information?? I went to this store an hour previous to their close time , just to go and find out the store had closed 2 hours earlier. I'm totally disappointed and am never coming back. I'm giving 1 star because I can't give 0.

The person that helped me was okay. Of course told me the phone I wanted was no longer available so try to sell me a more expensive model. Also told me I did not have a protection plan when I know that I have been paying for it for at least a year. Their customer service is not that great.

Absolutely horrible phones and service. Will first off by warning you to stay away from the Revvl 4 plus phone! It is cheaply made and does NOT function properly at all! My husband and I bought 2 of them and paid the bill in full!! We have been having NOTHING but PROBLEMS with the phones. My husband just had to get a replacement phone due to the port not taking a charge and telling him low battery charge. Now keep mind these are NEW phones. Well they give him a replacement and guess what??? The replacement is doing the same thing!!!! To top it off when he went to pick up the replacement they told him he doesn't get a new phone charger because it doesn't come with it!! What are you kidden me??? Umm hello there is something apparently going on with the phone NOT charging and you don't give him a new charger???? Then to top it off they DO NOT answer there phones. They let them ring off the hook and you are forced to go back into the store again!!! I am warning you stay away from that store if not you will have problems GAURANTEED!!!UPDATE: They don't take pride in correcting your situation in anyway. They give you email addresses to contact them that do NOT go through and it keeps bouncing back saying undeliverable!! They are a mess!! ?

A note of thanks to Marcus at this Metro PCS location. Back in February I had my phone stolen and went in to buy a new phone. The transaction went smoothly but I never got a receipt. After a few attempts from their customer service (611) and a visit to the store I still could not get a copy of my receipt. I had to go to my Discover Card customer service who eventually got me a copy. There was an erroneous charge on the receipt for $25.00 for a second screen protector that I did not buy. I stopped by the store this past Saturday and explained my situation to Marcus. He was an active listener and quickly resolved the matter. He exhibited both excellent customer service and problem solving skills. A true asset to his company. If you need to stop into this location, definitely ask for Marcus.
