I was thoroughly impressed with the customer service. I submitted an online request on Monday, Labor Day and received a prompt response first thing Tuesday morning. Within 24 hours, they had all the details sorted, and a technician was at my house to install the glass panel in my SUV. The entire process was incredibly fast, and the installation was top-notch. Adam, the technician, was not only efficient but also very pleasant to work with.

I have to say that the folks at Clear Vision are great. Not only did they honor a quote that was over a year old, but they set up my appointment for the next day and once I got there I was done in less than an hour. You really can't ask for better customer sevice and the staff is friendly too! I would highly recommend Clear Vision for your auto glass needs.

Literally the BEST! I called & had them out at a reasonable price within a couple days. Do not trust anyone else with my vehicle. They're in & out & super friendly. Anthony G is top notch. Jen is very friendly & responsive. I cannot thank them enough for getting me scheduled quickly.

Went here after safelite gave me an appointment date 2 weeks out. Service ended up being cheaper and fully completed within 24 hours.
Shop looked very clean and organized. Can't think of any negatives

OMG!! excellent person I just left the car since I had an appointment for the next day since I could not take it the next day, we arrived and we were not in any problem in leaving the car they attended us wonderfully excellent people 100% recommended is iIleana of the dog Cocker Spanish thanks for its tendency

Every staff member deserves thanks and praise. A very potentially stressful experience turned into a pleasure in doing business with these folks. Hard to single anyone out but Dawn and Jennifer were great and the tech side kept us informed. I highly recommend this business for any type of glass repair.

Needed a windshield replaced on my 07 element. Tech came out. Super friendly. Broke the windshield the first attempt because of a stress crack. Came out a few days later. Broke the windshield again because of a stress crack. Third time I had to bring it in. Window didn't crack but they left the blue tape on the seals, not sure if this is customary. Pulled it off and the sealant ripped off. Texted the tech on May 1st and explained the situation- every time I go over 70mph there's a loud whistling noise, he said he'd let the boss know. Never heard from them. After weeks of hearing this awful noise I paid to have the seal fixed and done right elsewhere. A month later a stone cracks my windshield so I have safelight come to repair everything. Funny quote the tech said, "if you buy it cheap, you buy it twice". That's the honest truth. Pay the money and get a warranty through safelight. My oem windshield lasted 18 years and this replacement lasts less than two months. I will say I appreciate them trying to fix my windshield repeatedly even though there was issue after issue, they definitely lost money on the deal. However if I factor in my time not working, waiting for the repairs, it would've been cheaper paying the more expensive quote from safelight. They have a warranty and stand behind their work. I honestly get burned every time I do a mom and pop business. Lesson learned, never again.
