Somebody broke it out Thanksgiving night, so needless to say, most shops weren’t open or had no replacements.Yes, it took a while for the replacement, but they proactively communicated with me the whole time. Then they knocked the job out quickly for the quoted estimate. They looked after me like a member of the family. Had a lot going on, and their consideration was much appreciated.Highly recommended!”

“This shop goes above and beyond! We brought our car in for body repair covered by insurance. Not only did they get everything done on time, they made it so easy and were so friendly PLUS they washed the car inside & out! They even buffed the headlights clear! This is a 2008, so the headlights were kinda dingy and foggy and they look brand new now. I highly recommend them! “30 Minutes or Less. Words can not explain the happiness that I have with A & A Auto Glass! The quality of service was beyond my expectations (and the young lady and man waiting in the lobby as well). From their personable customer service combined with their pristine level of professionalism, why would anyone go anywhere else. Their vast team of technicians repaired my passenger side window while I waited within 30 minutes (I expected 11/2 hours minimum). I called at least 8 other car window replacement companies, and they were not able to see me until the following week. I was able to schedule an appointment the following day! 10 out of 10!!!!! There is no other that compares to the fine gentlemen and staff!!! Happy 4th of July to all at A & A Auto Glass!!!”

“My right front passenger window was broken into in Philadelphia. The team at Caliber Collision, specifically Christine, was quick to assist me. She was extremely warm, reassuring me that everything would be okay. She acquainted me with what the repair process would look like and was able to schedule a window repair appointment for the next day. In the meantime, she asked the service team to wrap my window (for free) to hold me over for the night since the repair wouldn't be until the following day. Her customer service was amazing, and I wish that service like this could be offered everywhere. Just know that the workers here are willing to assist you to the best of their ability. “I looked all over the DMV for a company that routinely installed alarms on sprinter vans. Could not find anyone there, look further out and found Pat. Well worth the drive. Pat did a great job with installing the alarm on my 2018 sprinter van. Extremely knowledgeable, educates along the way. Wound up getting a new stereo while I was there. Pat didn’t even mind the supervisor hanging out in the shop watching.He even went out of his way to get a part that didn’t come in on the shipment to finish the install after hours, where most shops would have closed for the day.”

“I went to this place back in March 2023. The location of this place is a little hectic as there was a lot of construction going on. However once you got in, it was clean and organized. They have waiting chairs with a place to charge your phones / both apple and android.The clerk was responsive and pleasant. The guy that work on my radio, came out, spoke with me directly and explained my options. I’m definitely coming back for them to install my radio. The only reason why my rating is not 5 star is because I have had the actual service done, just a diagnostic.”
“Dan tinted my Lexus windows about 4 years ago and they have remained in mint condition since then. They have not bubbled or faded at all and this is on my daily driver.
