All my years repairing automobiles, i’ve had many parts guys, but none quite like your Tim.
Many times a week I’m in Westdeptfords Hessian/rt45 store and I witness Tim going above and beyond helping customers.
Tim is friendly,kind and treats people like they are the expert as he provides options, jokes and smiles.
As an onboard software/hardware diagnostic technician or “sparky”, my work keeps me in my head!!.
Working on today’s cars can be challenging and aggravating and when cars come our way the customer has a lack of confidence with the industry and patience is nonexistent.
Guys like Tim are needed in this industry.
What I’m trying to say is being the best also means making people happy.
I’m adding his style!!

So the other day I was at Mr tire a driver named Roland who used to be one of my drivers at the mantua store comes in delivering parts he drops the parts off sees me sitting in the customer area
Drops the parts off and gives me the finger and says F you Bruno not professional at all I hope the DM Jennifer reads this . I did talk to the ASM
There she said to let Jennifer know this I was very embarrassed at that uncalled for

Hector was very unprofessional and didn’t help me at all I was standing at a register another worker that didn’t have a login couldn’t assist me so he was asked could he help he agreed but he kept servicing new people as they came in I stood there for 20 mini until someone else came and assisted me his customer service is not good at all I don’t think he should be working there

I was helped to get the correct size windshield wipers. In addition, the wipers were installed also. It was a pleasant visit. I only wish I could remember the gentleman's name, he made my day.
