Just got off the phone with reception. The doctor only see patients via virtual. What?? So doc has never met me yet he wants to charge my insurance. Do an exam? A doctor has to physically see me evaluate me. I am lost. Please dont go here. Find another place.

I recently went in for some chronic chest pains I was having. Dr. Boyd is great. He took good care of me and made me laugh a bunch. I’d recommend a visit

This is not a place to go to. Deplorable customer service called to move my files to another doctor, they asked me to pay; otherwise, it would take 30days. That leaves me with no medical supervision during that time.

Dr.Boyd has some of the best bed-side manner I have ever experienced! He listened to all my concerns and took my questions seriously. In the past I have felt like doctors rush through the appointment, checking off boxes and pushing me out the door… not Dr. Boyd though. He took care of my sinus infection for me and gave me some really great tips to help manage my sinus pressure/symptoms.

4 years ago I tore my hamstring. It was a grade three tear. I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Boyd because he accepted Medicaid, state insurance. That was a mistake I will live with until I die.He looked at my hamstring that was completely bruised from blood seepage into the muscle tissue. He said, "that looks pretty bad." He prescribed Percocet and told me to come back in a month. When I came back a month later I was still using crutches. I asked for an MRI referral and he refused. Flaping his arms, paper in both hands, he became very agitated with my persistence, "no, I'm not giving you a referral, there's too much paperwork involved." So, I walked out and never went back.He didn't show an ounce of care or concern because I was poor with Medicaid state insurance. He should have immediately hooked me up with an orthopedic surgeon. The use of my leg could have been saved, but unfortunately, I am now permanently disabled.I was reading up on grade three tears and if I had surgery within four weeks of the accident it would have given me my life back.I used to be a jogger, I played sports, now I walk with a noticeable limp and unable to run. I no longer can do cardio, so I struggle with extreme weight gain. The best I can do is the "old man shuffle" for a hundred feet, but with lots of pain.He may be a good doctor to some, but to me he played a huge role in destroying my physical self, and for that I will never forgive myself for following the advice of a quack.

Staff is rude, unwilling to check daily emails from new patients to have info put in computer in time for appointments so have to do ot all last minute, use a horrible website for virtual meetings that cancels on you at will, staff even admitted everything that happens there goes super slow because the Dr. is older. They need to rethink how this place is ran at this point.

Dr. Boyd is an absolutely amazing doctor. He’s smart and kind and I wouldn’t want to see any other doctor.

I had a bit of a wait initially ,but realistically speaking , their is a wait in every doctor's office ,so I don't understand what the big deal is when reading other reviews. The staff was very friendly and understanding from the receptionist to the M.A s who assisted me. The Dr.Boyd is excellent ! He really takes his time to adress any and all questions or concerns you may have.(Which may delay him) but overall very worth the wait. Will recommend 100%!

Your appointment is a lie, you'll be here for hours, staff varied from rude to barely acknowledging your existence. You'll wait for hours then be put in an exam room then wait another half hour to hour for a nurse/staff to come in, then another half hour for the dr, then another half hour to an hour for the nuse/dr to comeback and probably another half hour or so to finally say you're done. On one of my visits in the eternal waiting room there were about 4 other patients waiting and one mentioned how terrible the waiting was with this dr.
