They have a sign stated 24 hrs but its 24hr rd service for $200.

Called in for a road call, spoke with Donavan, agreed on charges for road service $175 and $50 for the labor to patch the tire. Came out and said the tire couldn't be patched. The tire he brought was a lug tire that wouldn't match. So I asked if they could bring the correct tire, but he said it would be a second road service charge of $100. His other solution was a new steer tire for $429 to switch it out, but he couldn't even tell me what brand it was. So that didn't work for us. Charged me $192.65 for coming out. I'd understand a $50 courtesy charge for fuel and time spent, but $192.65 is stealing from hardworking people.

With over 29,000 Road Services and Zero Complaints... We have been in Business since the early 1980's and have helped many in need... And that is not reflected in these ratings,,, The last 2 reviews are frustration of the last decade of a sorrowful Economy... But to slander a business and mis represent what actually happened is so sad.... This mostly is due to an unexpected expense both did not expect, and take it out on the reputation of a hard working family business, is just wrong..... I had to give minimum 1 star to write a review. Unprofessional people. They charge you different prices. $70 to fix a flat tire. I called them before going there. I was told that prices are different. But there is no rate sheet or anything. Unethical behavior. I wish I would have read the previous comment. Truckers work hard for every penny. No need to cheat them.

I could give - stars if it was available, very stupid no manners and absolutely not professional. Can't believe how rude they were to the customers. Avoid them at all costs. There are lot of other tire shops in this area. DO NOT GO THERE. you will regret it
