“This place actually has people who are willing to help you. I bought a prepaid esim and wasn't able to get it on my phone for various reasons. I called the support line and the went to a AT&T store prior to going here, but none of them helped and kept saying different things. Well, I went here today to see if they could help me, and lo and behold, they were actually able to get my esim working. The staff there are wonderful and actually seemed dedicated to helping me. I wasn't able to get the names of those who helped me, but if you are reading this, thank you so much, y'all are life saviors.”
