Ridiculous Young girl with straight black hair (looks Hispanic) was making a big deal over 10 cent bag purchase after our transaction was over. She would not sell us a bag to carry out merchandise we just purchased at the store 1 second ago because it would flag down the system.
She also stated that I can go to Hollister and get a free bag. Shows how much she listens when we told her and showed her the 10 cents we don’t want a free bag!
Not very customer service oriented. So my daughter had to carry her things throughout the mall. This is definitely a bad representation to the Cotton On stores, when you have employees like that working there

Only go here if you want to experience RACISM. My mother and I went shopping here just to be discriminated by one of the cashiers. She’s Hispanic with dark medium length hair (mid 20s I think). Working at 1:40 pm on Sunday. My mom doesn’t speak English too well but still asked the woman if she could enter the changing room and she told her no. Not even 20 seconds later a group of white teens ask her if they could enter the changing room and she said yes. I confronted her (in English of course because she told my mother she didn’t speak Spanish) and she said she didn’t have to go to the changing room and that she could just try it on outside. At this point my mother was upset and spoke to her in Spanish, lo and behold, the cashier that supposedly didn’t speak Spanish started speaking Spanish. Cute store, nice clothes, but absolutely HORRIBLE employees. It’s honestly embarrassing for her to be doing all that, she definitely considers herself to be white lol but one look at her hideous face and you can tell she’s Hispanic

Went to the mall on a Sunday specifically to cotton on to buy some vacation shirts, saw they opened at 12 so i got there 12:02 gates still down. Im like hmm maybe running late i walked around for 20 mins and they were still closed!!! I was about to leave when i see the girl finally opening up the doors. The whole time she was talking on her cell phone. Even while opened she had her cell on and pausing it for a customer. Crazy!!

I’m so annoyed. Why isn’t the fitting room open??? I don’t live close therefore I have to take it all the way home just to come all the way back. It’s so frustrating

their customer service is honestly terrible. every time i go to the mall in go on there i have a bad experience. the clothes are cute but very cheap and thin material therefore i only buy when there’s a sale.

I used to laugh cotton on, but there clothes aren't the same anymore. The last couple of time I went inside nothing caught my eye. I will keep checking when I go to mall. Hopefully they will get some better fashions especially for men.
