Apparently, my check had issues at the Willingboro branch. So, I took my dramatic check-drama to the Wells Fargo in Delran, where they treated it like.. a check.. and gave it a warm deposit welcome complete with a smile. Willingboro branch, earning those 2 stars like it's a badge of honor. If banking is a thriller for you, go there; if you prefer a drama-free experience, join me in Delran. It's the gold standard branch of banking!

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. Every time my husband has to make a deposit with them for the convenience store he works at, they always take the money to the back by the drive thru window to count it & then comes back to tell him he is short $100. Always $100. They are thieves. You guys are stealing money from a business?! ? I get you might not getting paid enough or whatever but that is no damn reason to steal money from a business account. The stories I could tell you about this bank is unbelievable. It's so long I could write a book. I'm surprised the "tellers" if you could even call them that haven't been fired. And what makes it worse is they always accuse my husband of not bringing the right amount so it's his fault. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!?! The audacity of these people I swear. Either give these "tellers" the proper training or fire them. They don't belong there if they want to steal money from a business like that & then make excuses. SHAME ON YOU GUYS ?. You're lucky you haven't been taken to court for the money you have stolen from them. Who knows how many other businesses you stole from this way.

Went there to do a quick transaction recently and was shocked when I came in. There was literally a line out of the door, I look to see how many tellers there are for there to be such a long line. To my horror I see only one, Jaylin. I could tell he was stressed taking the line by himself without any help but he was making good conversation and getting people out as quickly as possible. He almost talked me into speaking with a banker to make my money work for me but I was in a bind and needed to go quickly. You would expect the manager or a banker to step in and help the poor guy but relief never came sadly. I applaud Jaylin for his speed and professionalism in such a high stress situation. Hopefully he gets some help soon but the lack of support and missing leadership/management really soured this branch for me. Thanks again Jaylin, hope you get help soon and a raise haha

Took me 38 min to make a withdraw. There was one women working. Drive thru was closed. It shouldn't take that long!

The absolute worst drive through ever. First of all, their deposit via ATM is not working. Second, their signages said that there are two lanes but when I called for banker, she said there is only 1 lane. Fine. I drove around to get to the lane 1. Waited for 15 min as there were 3 cars ahead of me. When it was my turn, the lady in there today (7/5/22 at 4:30PM) was the most disrespectful person I have ever encountered my whole life. I couldn’t hear her so she made some nasty comments but despite of it, I patiently waited. She made me wait for good 30 min without any instructions but to put my money and ID cards in the canister — NEVER CAME BACK. I had to take my money and IDs and drive away. What a horrible experience. I would never go back to this branch. Ever.

Over a month now I went into the branch with documents from my mothers estate and I was told that they couldn’t take me that Saturday because they were only by appointment they said that you know I could try back or schedule an appointment and I said well can you take my documentation at least let me know if it’s approved and then I’ll schedule an appointment a month later I’ve still not heard back from that branch and this is after two weeks ago reaching out to the Wells Fargo complaint department who said that they were going to contact the branch. They transferred me over to that branch and there was no answer and nobody touched base with me to see if my complaint had been resolved. I’ve also emailed an individual by the name of Terrence at that branch who was the one that said that he was going to send the documents for review with no answer and it’s been 10 days since that email. Just called the complaint department again no answer whatsoever. I don’t have the time to stop in to that branch during regular work hours and no one is of any help to me awful bankOver a month from this person replying to this comment and still no resolution.

This is the first time I’ve seen a bank with slowest employees. They don’t pick up calls and when they do they will be rude to you. Yesterday I tried to get an appointment but I couldn’t through the app so I tried calling. No one picked up the call!!! I tried several times.... I needed some stuff from my safety box for an emergency occasion.... but No one picked up the call!!!!!

I have been trying to make an appointment to see a banker. It will not allow you to do so online so you have to call to make an appointment. They do not answer their phone and are listed online as being temporarily closed which is a lie because the drive through teller is still operating. Some people need need other services than deposits, withdraws and check cashing. You would think they would have a better system in place this far into the pandemic that could service all of their customers.

Can I just say Wow! Need a total overhaul starting with the branch manager. Staff can come up with every reason why they can't help customers. While if you drive 2.5 miles up the road to Delray its a totally different experience. Do better!

TRASH... This branch damages the prestige of the other welfargo branches, it would be an excellent idea to renew the staff and bring more employees with new knowledge and better capacity.

This bank doesn't even deserve a star. Terrible service, slow, some rude agents do not have capacity and education.
