“Today was my first time at Red Wing. This place is on a different level from all other shoe stores. From customer service to the latest in foot measuring technology you can’t go wrong by shopping at Red Wing. My salesman Jonathan could have not been more helpful. He was not trying to sell me something just to get a sale. Jonathan took the time to fit me properly and make sure all was good with my purchase. I have never in my life walked out of a shoe/boot store with the feeling I left with today. These boots made my feet , legs and knees feel instantly better. Talk about a game changer it was money well spent. As a matter of fact they are still on as I write this review. I never took them off once they were on in the store. It was such a great experience I will be back next pay to purchase a casual pair. Thank you Red Wing and Jonathan for an outstanding day!!!”

First I was measured on their step-on machine and found I was wearing and buying the wrong size. It's nice to do business where the staff are more than sales people. You get service as well.”

“Great local business to get authentic running shoes from. Beware of other stores selling cheap imitation shoes online. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They also support local events like the Travis Manion foundation runs. Daughter got a nice pair of shoes there.”

“Excuse me I had the best service today??? Mo was an absolute treasure! Today was the last day to redeem vans points conversion vouchers, so we got to talking about the videos and the education that the vans family program gave to the community. It was honestly lovely. I've been wearing vans over half my life and that was the coolest rewards program I've ever been a part of. Now that they're changing the rewards system, I hope vans continues to platform artists and showcase skate documentaries around the world because it was a fantastic experience.”

“ALL i CAN SAY IS WOW! CALLED THE STORE IN THE AM TO SEE IF I COULD GET LACROSSE HEAD RESTRUNG. BECAUSE MY DAUGHTERS STICK WAS NOT LEGAL. THE YOUNG LADY THAT ANSWERED THE PHONE SAID WE COULD GET IT DONE TODAY RIGHT. WHAT HAPPENED NEXT WAS THE AWESOME PART. I WALKED INTO THE STORE INTRODUCED MYSELF THERE WERE TWO LADY THAT I KNEW WERE LACROSSE PLAYERS AND KNEW FROM THERE BODY LANGUAGE THEY KNEW WHAT THEY WERE TALKING ABOUT. THE ONE GIRL TOOK STICK AND SAID RIGHT AWAY THIS COULD BE A QUICK FIX. BEING A LACROSSE DAD FOR BOTH BOYS AND GIRLS I KING OF KNOW WHATS LEGAL AND AND WHATS NOT. MY DAUGHTER AND I HAD A DISAGREEMENT WHICH I FOUND OUT SHE WAS RIGHT. I HAD MY DAUGHTER ON THE PHONE AND SHE EXPLAINED WHAT SHE DID AND DID NOT WANT TO PUT A NEW MESH IN BECAUSE SHE IS IN TOURNAMENT PLAY AND WOULD TAKE TIME TO BREAK IN. THEY FIXED HER LACROSSE HEAD MADE SURE IT WAS LEGAL AND USED IT IN STORE TO MAKE SURE THAT IT WAS GOOD TO THROW. WHEN SHE WAS FINISHED I OFFERED TO PAY AND SHE SAID SIR ITS OK. ITS NOT ABOUT PAYING BECAUSE i KNOW I WILL BE BACK BECAUSE THE STORE AND PEOPLE ARE AMAZING. I RECOMMEND NOT GOING ANY WHERE ELSE FOR YOUR DAUGHTERS LACROSSE NEEDS SIMPLY THE BEST.”

“Most exceptional employee with super customer service last night by Nicole, the evening manager! She helped us to locate the Mall entrance when we got lost; she stayed on the phone and guided to us to the correct mall door! Her smile and professional helpfulness was so "above and beyond". We found special wide light weight sneakers and a pair of slip- on casuals. She was quick to help and bring out a nice selection, help with proper fit and style advice. She was patient with my wife and I and very knowledgeable about the Skechers line of products. We were so happy when we left with our purchases from her contagious enthusiasm. We do not live near there but will definitely travel again to buy more Sketchers from her!”
