Horrible branch. I went in about two years ago to close my accounts. The manager assured/confirmed everything had been closed. Flash forward to today, I received an overdraft charge and negative balance on my checking account. My checking AND savings had not been closed contrary to what I was told in October 2021. I am extremely disgusted and upset about this and now I am being forced to pay the charges. Please never use this credit union, I've had nothing but problems!

Zero stars if possible. Gio is a joke, doesn’t answer calls or emails. Sent my lease payment check to the wrong address and had me going back and forth with visions and Lexus. Finally got a response after I called visions for the 5th time and told them I was being ignored. Save yourself the trouble and go to a different bank, this place has no regard for its customers. Also, the app is total trash, had to call twice to set up the account, they told me they would charge me $10 to process my payment over the phone, and never told me I had to put a zero in front of my account number when entering it.Update: communication is basically zero until I start raising hell or calling nonstop, this simple process has turned into a huge headache and nightmare. I’m now calling visions and Lexus basically every week for something that should have taken no effort at all to accomplish

Average wait time for the drive thru is 10 minutes plus no matter when you arrive. Average wait time inside is double that.

Pleasant staff. Hassle free service. Tellers are always so helpful and Giovanni is amazing!!! Nice to keep seeing familiar faces over the years. Says a lot about the company.

I recently lost all of my identification. I entered this Visions branch in attempt to make a share branching withdrawl because I live in town. The best I had available was an old passport and my NJ Transit employee identification card. The gentleman I spoke to was very rude. I immediately felt unwelcomed and felt he had no intentions of helping me. I was never even offered a seat. I explained the situation and offered to even get my home bank on the phone to confirm my identification, as I had already been in contact and communicated with the manager there. He refused. Even though I spoke very clearly through a mask, he still proceeded to get all of the information incorrect as he pretended to help. I obviosly needed to make a withdrawal. For some reason he heard "deposit". I told him I lost everything. He proceeded to ask for my ATM card? I again offered to call the manager of my bank. He declined. He then again asked for the name of my home bank, presumably to look it up in their system. Yet he still got that wrong. I totally understand the magnitude of my request. I understand the situation was not ideal, but his tone and body language made me feel completely unwelcome and it was very clear that this man did not care to or want to assist me in doing anything besides leave. I have been an employee of the NJ Transit Railroad for over 15 years. I considered openeing a direct deposit account here just to be closer to home, but after this experience I could not nor would I ever do banking here and it feels like that is what he wanted anyway.

Visions FCU has good customer service, competitive rates and a very useful phone app which I use daily. This particular branch is rarely crowded and the people who work there are very pleasant. I travel about 8 miles from NY to use their services. Recommended.
