Stopped into Westwood Cycle earlier today looking to get some information on purchasing a new bike. It’s been quite a long time since I’ve owned a bicycle and I wanted something comfortable to ride for leisure and exercise. Met with Mark and he was awesome. So friendly and helpful in making sure that I had the right bike for what I wanted to do. Took the time to explain little things and answer any questions I had. Ended up purchasing a Specialized Roll 3.0 and so far it’s been great. Took it right home and did almost 15 miles right away. Mark and Westwood Cycle were great! Thank you

Took my son's GoTrax scooter there to see if they can fix a flat. Informed me to buy the inner tube and bring it back and they could fix. Got the tube took to the store for repair. Next day when my son went to use the scooter it had a constant beeping sound and would not go. Took back to the store after calling them. They called me back and said they tried to trouble shoot it but there was nothing they could do and it was nothing they did when they fixed the flat. Also insinuated that maybe it wasn't working right before i took it in for repair the first time. Beware

Haven’t bought a bike in 20 + years. The crew at Westwood cycle made the process super easy and went out of their way to explain the pros and cons of multiple bikes.

I had trouble with a new bicycle that I really liked. (Manufacturer issue)
Westwood cycle started the warranty process before I finally gave up on it after the warranty period expired. Basically became my advocate. Mark fitted me for a different bike. I was out riding without any interruption. Overall the entire staff was very helpful and patient with a customer who was having difficulty. Me.
All service/labor and accessories are expertly done and reasonably priced.

Had a really great experience picking up my ebike from the store. Mark was very friendly and able to answer all my questions. Even gave me lots of good riding tips to work on. Really a great top notch local place

Albert is a super nice guy always helpful and beyond friendly. Albert has been there since I was a kid and was great to us and now my son goes there and he's great to him!!

I have been doing business with this establishment for close to over 40 years since I moved to Westwood. I have purchased and maintained several bikes including a fantastic e-bike recently and I am extraordinarily grateful for their professionalism, reliability and enthusiastic support. Mark and his colleague Dean are terrific. Highly recommended!

Owner run shop (Mark) is an excellent bike shop. Good selection of new bikes reasonably priced with excellent service. I recently bought a bike there and Mark helped me out, Disney try tomorrow sell which I appreciated.
