This was my first experience with any Collison shop. Joe was very kind and informative with me about what was taking place. The company that hit my car had an adjuster come out for a second appraisal, and gave Westfield Collison a hard time about repairing my vehicle. However, Joe fought for what they owed me and the damages were repaired beyond my expectations. I was shocked to see my car in better body condition than when I brought it a year ago! I would highly recommend this shop for any body work in the future.
