Brought my mower in to have my rope for the starter to be replaced same day was replaced and back on the road cutting the lawns no waiting it was repaired while I waited excellent service! Will return for more business, very friendly and understanding

I had a good experience here. I purchased a new Honda generator here over the phone, and when I picked it up they had already prepped it for me so I wouldn't have to add the oil myself. It's not a big deal to add the oil, but it is nice that they did and tested the unit. They also showed me how to use it. This was my first time here, and I'm glad to support a local family business rather than go to a major chain store. I also bought here because they are a Honda service provider in case I need service someday. The price I paid was the same as it would have been at a major chain store.

Took my Dyson here for a general maintenance and cleaning job. They did a great job, and the gentleman who helped me took a few minutes to talk about vacuum quality, good models for hardwood floors, the difference between bagless and bag types....the man knows his stuff! Will definitely buy my next vacuum here. This is the kind of service you just can’t get from doing online research on an appliance. It is the best place in the area for their products.

Transparency up front. I am not a customer. However, Keith Peterson’s YouTube videos giving no-fluff and very informative descriptions are excellent. I had a question for Keith about some snowblowers. I do not live in NJ and even though it was clear I would not be a customer, Keith was very quick and helpful to reply to help me choose the right machine for me. I think if I lived remotely close to NJ I would make the drive just to buy form Keith’s shop. Thank you, Keith.
