Even though we've been loyal customers, with a monthly membership & have never had a problem we aren't allowed to go anymore. Without warning, they recently became "much stricter" with rules and do not allow trucks/cars with any accessory lights. What's worse is they let us sit in the line, which was incredibly dangerous to try to turn out of because of how the lanes are set up between the car wash entrance and oil change exit. Liability waivers are used in exactly these situations in order to retain long-standing customers while still protecting the business.

Team Car Wash never disappoints! I appreciate the full service, I was pleasantly surprised they even do a vacuum of the interior with the basic wash! Connie at the register is also very kind and helpful. Highly recommend!

I have a monthly package. After washing my truck over 160 times in 2 years at all team car wash locations, I was told i couldn't bring my vehicle anymore. I was told my truck was too big all of a sudden. I'm assuming I'm not a good customer because I wash
too many times ....

Best car wash in Westfield! Staff is organized and super helpful! Wash is also awesome! They even dry nicely afterwards! 100% recommend loyalty program!

I live in Philadelphia and visit Westfield twice a month. I make it a point to go to this amazing car wash. They do an amazing job consistently. The Manager Gomer is on top of it always! Highly recommend!

You might as well advertise saying "we don't clean the interior of your car" because it's almost as if nothing was cleaned in the inside of my car. Im not going to sit there and point out to your workers what they didn't do and make them do it over. There was iterally like 5-6 workers working on each car and somehow the interior of my car was almost exactly the same way it was when i brought it there. Waste of 35$, very disappointing.

The detailing guy was rude and unprofessional. The car wash was mediocre. Did not do a good job cleaning the inside. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!!!

BEWARE!!!! If you buy the monthly car wash. They will automatically sign you up for the a subscription plan and charge your card every month. To be clear at no point ido they ever say a one time payment is signing up for monthly subscription. Poor communication and lack of transparency.

Great Service at Team Car Wash!

I LOVE TCW!! The employees are all super sweet and helpful. Their marketing has been super great lately and I keep seeing them pop up on my IG and TikTok - especially Kreena! She’s super funny and makes all the content much more enticing to want to come and get a car wash!!
