Special ordered 4 hood shocks for 1986 & 1989 irocz called to tell them one I was missing one was told someone wasn't ther to call back, took my number n was told wild call me back we'll its 2 weeks now n no call back n now I. Call again n no one knows about it n once again the magical person isn't ther n can't help me without a receipt, but they took my name adress telephone number etc

Nice knowledgeable people that provided great service as well. Prices are reasonable unlike other auto supply stores.

Staff here is very friendly came to them after other parts stores tired to jack up prices because I'm a female but the prices here are fare and affordable. Great work guys

Horrible customer service. Stood there waiting and the clerk kept walking around and answering the phone without even acknowledging I was there. I left and went to another auto parts store.

They not only had our part (windshield wiper blades) they came out in 26 degrees weather and installed them when we couldn't figure it out. Very accommodating and friendly.
