I love Baron's and have gone there for years. Now I don't live in town but drop in whenever I am in Westfield. I stopped in yesterday for poison ivy remedy, didn't find what I was looking for, and passing thru, noticed a display of lovely dinner napkins. However, there was no indication of price. A fellow was walking by, he appeared to be an official/employee kind of person. I asked, hi, do you know how much these are? I don't see a price...and, without breaking stride, he said, "If you have to ask, you can't afford it." I, and the ladies close by, were drop-jawed!!!

Always 5 star. Have been with them for over 30 yrs and it has always been a pleasant professional working relationship. The pharmacist have a good knowledge of what they are dispensing and can give you good info. Thanks Greg

A worker ther I don’t the her name yelled at me when accidentally tossing something at my friend that caused us to leave. We later came back and I purchased a water and a different worker made my fitness leave when not doing anything. We then where just talking outside the store not doing anything to cause trouble the the first worker I mentioned started to film me without consent and when I confronted her about it she denied to delete the video she said no and told me to get out of her store. The cashiers were very nice and respectful but the other workers ruined my day

This is a great pharmacy and store to go to.The pharmacist are very knowledgeable, and they always have time to answer your questions. The staff is friendly, and they have many products in their store, some cards to candies to send used to basic drugstore staples. It is a great home town pharmacy.

I've had some really negative experiences at other drug stores. Nowhere is perfect, but this is the best pharmacy we've been connected with in a long time. Thanks for being more than decent in a rough pharmacy world, Barons.

Has been getting alot of unwarranted bad reviews. Lived in westfield for a decade and a half now, and gone to Barons regularly with family ever since we moved here. Always had good experiences here, employees are very nice and the product selection is very good — I can always find something that I like.

I loved this store very much I am very disappointed. My friend cried for an hour after leaving this place. After we left the barons the woman with black hair continued to follow us out and then take pictures of us. My friend(African American) found this very offensive because we thought this was very racially motivated. She proceed to say that she was going to post us on Facebook. She then told us she was taking a picture of the shoe store and we said “no u weren’t “ we got a mom to go in there to talk to her and she said she was taking a picture of the corner. WHAT WE WERE ON and not the shoe store so she swelling up on her own lie. I will not be every entering this pharmacy again not spreading not to and posting storytimes on social media.

My MIL came home upset after visiting them yesterday. She went there to buy urine drainage bag for my FIL since he was sick. The lady who worked there was so rude. On the question if they sell the UDB the lady abruptly Said no and turned her back to her. My MIL was not even able to ask her for any further questions. No manners at all.

I’m really disappointed to leave a one star review here. when I ask a worker to help me find some thing as a card, she gave me the nastiest tones and look and said oh it’s over here and I’m really disappointed by the really disgusting look. She also glanced at us that was multiple times and said get out of the store when we asked her again we're something was I’m really disappointed to read this review and I’m very very offended treat me and my friends this way

Whether you are a middle schooler restocking on candy or you're buying a present for someone Barons is the place to go.The prices are affordable, the candy selection is great, and the staff forgives you if you want to throw in one more piece of candy to the checkout pile!?

If I could give 0 stars I would. I work in town and go here a few times a week, and the woman manning the register is one of the rudest people I’ve ever encountered. I was waiting patiently to be rung up while she was putting things away and then she glanced up at me and I said “I’m ready to be rung up whenever you are but take your time” and her response was in an irritated tone “sure I’ll jump as high as you want me to” I was in no way impatient and did not at all deserve this response. As someone who works 40 hours a week in retail I try to go out of my way to be nice to other retail workers and to get that as a response really upsets me. This is also not the first time she has given me attitude for simply being asked to do her job. I will not be going to this store again.

I booked my appointment at 12:15pm and went to Barons in Cranford (oops) and drove to Westfield. I arrived at 12:30pm and checked in. You can print and fill out the forms at home or they will print in store. At 12:44pm I received my shot and I am waiting the required 15 minutes to be sure I don’t faint from the J&J(Jannsen) COVID 1 dose vaccine. It could happen. I did feel a little light headed 5 minutes in so I am glad I waited!Michael Cleary, RPh was very personable and very funny. The staff is great also.Quick and easy. They have vitamins, supplements, bandages, creams, and all your pharmacy needs.The store attached to the pharmacy has lottery, gifts, toys, candy, cards, games, etc.It is very clean and nice.Anna
