I have never had a bad experience at this store. The employees are very helpful and pleasant. I’ve never spent more than 5 minutes in the store. I use this store all the time and am very happy with the service. If you treat the employees with respect they will do the same.

6:22pm and we were sent away by the employee that was still inside because they were closed. It's supposed to close at 6:30. I had a 5 second drop-off.

This is the worst ups store I’ve ever been to. To begin the lady behind with the desk is just so nasty, perhaps she needs a different job. Doesn’t seem to like this one. On top of that she just charged me $2 to slap on a piece of tape no bigger than 2 inches wide. I questioned it and she just gave me a nasty attitude. Stay away.

I purchased a box there for $11 (Same box at staples would've been about $4). When I asked the gentleman at the counter to use his tape gun he said it would be an additional $7 to tape my one box. That pricing is absolutely Ludacris. The tape costs them less than 20 cents. Youre much better off going to the hub on hope road or staples.

I just had a package delivered to this location by request of the buyer who wanted to pick it up there. He got notification of delivery along with a Proof of Delivery. When he went to pick it up they said it wasn't there and that he would have to file a claim. This was a $600 guitar that was in a 51" x 21" package so it's not something you can just misplace.If the package had mistakenly been loaded back into a truck it would have shown up in the system again when it was scanned. I think you, as well as I, can figure out what happened to it.

This is for the manager I come to your store Friday pick up my package the lady over there was rude and nasty with me and she asked me if I had a box at the store and looked at me like a fool and my package was already one week there and I showed her the delivery and she didn’t even care to look she’s a poor worker and doesn’t look good for your store

The store manager was high as a kite. The one other employee was trying to handle customers while his boss was having a hissy rage. This was bad enough, but a week later I discovered both packages I sent (two different destinations) were lost. Never again. I

Rude and high. The place smelled like weed and they were tossing my package around obviously annoyed that I interrupted them by asking them to do their job.

Workers are very courteous and friendly; however there is usually not more than one worker there in any given day, so a long line and wait time is more than likely.

I had a complicated packing and shipping order. The guys at the UPS Store were beyond helpful and handled everything with professionalism, competency AND humor! They were wonderful.

I appreciate that they’re open on Sundays but I was waiting around for an employee (no one in sight) to unlock the door for fifteen minutes then left. Handwritten sign said “Bathroom break.” Unprofessional

It’s 4:58pm on a Tuesday and it is closed while 3 employees are inside. No one came to the door to explain why they have the door locked. Customers keep coming up to the locked door. Last time i was here the staff didn’t know what they were doing. Avoid this place!
