Great , quiet place to live. My neighbors are the best and the square footage you get is wonderful . You couldn’t ask for better maintenance man , I would like to acknowledge ANDREW who is always friendly, prompt, and does the job thoroughly, always going the extra mile. Thank you for the countless times you came and rescued us .

Morgan properties is a horrible company to rent through. You have to call or email to follow up on any work orders as they won’t address by you simply entering the request, apparently. We have the same maintenance issues time and time again. They also orders as complete when nobody has come out to check. We are here because we have limited options but would not recommend them at all!

Very unprofessional. We had an appointment booked online to view the apartment and they emailed, followed up, and made sure we knew the date just to have them tell us when we got there they don’t show it on weekends.

I had an excellent experience while applying for their apartment complex. Eddie was a great help everytime I called in with questions he cheerfully assisted me without getting frustrated. Trust me I called plenty of times lol but overall I highly recommend!

as someone who is an adjacent homeowner to this property it is nothing but problems. if you are looking for peace and quiet look elsewhere. as of the writing of this review the cops have been called due to noise complaints originating from one of the units and someone dumped a couch out onto the grass. it's like a trailer park.

I just signed my lease today, and I have to say Yana is absolutely wonderful and kind. She answers all your questions, and is extremely patient and for all of that- 5 stars! I am so appreciative.REVIEW UPDATE 8/18/20So far I have lived here for about three months, and I can honestly say I do truly love living here. The office is wonderful, and Steve, the supervisor for their maintenance team is absolutely wonderful.Steve is extremely thorough in what he does, and genuinely cares about the residents. He always makes his presence a delightful one with laughs! He is honestly the only one I like to deal with, although, the entire maintenance team is great.The neighborhood is really nice, and the people who live here are very warming and always say hello when passing by. There will never be a perfect place to live, and mistakes do happen and things go wrong, but I absolutely would 100% recommend anyone to live here.
