Called because my AC was not working and would not shut off. They came over within an hour and worked on it. Found the problem, which was the thermostat. Got a new digital thermostat and everything is working better than before.

i lived there for about 2 years , rent is reasonable ,maintenance was great and i never had a problem . Meredith in the main office helped me out a lot . Ask for Meredith .

I moved to Forest Creek in October and I have been super happy ! I called for service 2 times and both times were answered same day ! When you call the office you always get a person to answer your questions ! Love my apartment and the complex has been great !!!

We want to thank Meredith for coming through with an issue that we had been dealing with since the last management team. My boyfriend has been at Forest Creek for about 4 years, one of the biggest apartments I’ve ever seen!!! The closet space alone is a must see!!! I must say the staff at the Deptford location is amazing, especially Meredith, she is always willing to help the tenants out!!!

I am currently relocating to the area from out of state. I contacted Forrest Creek to get some information and set up a tour. I spoke with Meredith. She immediately made me feel welcomed. Other places rushed me off the phone. Not only did she provide me with all the information for the apartment, she also took the time to give me information about the area, directions on how to get to FC, how long my commute would be, as well as how far away the community was from the airport, as I travel a lot. I was concerned my furniture wouldn’t fit. Meredith offered to send me dimensions so I would know if I needed to purchase a new couch. Thankfully my furniture will fit. I’m waiting on my official transfer paperwork, as soon as I receive it I’ll for sure be leasing at Forest Creek. I appreciate all the help and information I was given. Management seems to be top notch!

This was such a pleasant and overall welcoming experience for me from the moment I called and spoke with Meredith the leasing agent who was so kind and patient with me to Linda who also processed my paperwork and application with such ease and even took the time as well to walk me through the next steps after I got approved. The property is so beautiful and well kept and I’m looking forward to making this my new home thanks to the wonderful management team.
