I'm sorry but I have to say, You're not a professional at all when it comes to ordering pickups. I've been waiting for half an hour. I still have orders. No!!! I've come all the way to you, I've given you information, but I'm still waiting. Why are you assigning in with an unfinished order? You should improve your system and provide better quality service! I am a working person and it does not make sense to me to wait half an hour for an order to make money.

I rarely shop at the bakery in this location and here is why. The last 3 consecutive times I purchased or went to purchase items, I’ve ended up completely disgusted.
Incident 1. I was about to purchase a few bagels when I noticed the entire fresh bread area was buzzing with flies, landing on all of the exposed bread. The doors didn’t shut properly allowing all sorts of bugs to get in and contaminate the food. I kindly handed my bag of bagels over to an employee and mentioned why I could not purchase them.
Incident 2. Since the opens items are not safe. I thought packaged items could be a better option. I went with corn muffin tops, after eating one, I noticed the one underneath had a dragon fly (or similar) baked into the top of it. How this went unnoticed by the employee who packaged this, still a mystery to me, it was very obvious
Incident 3. I mentally moved on from the dragon fly, and gave them one final chance. This time I purchased blueberry muffin tops, my husband bit into one only to spit out something crunchy, turns out it was a fake press on nail! Do these employees not wear gloves?! To say we are disgusted is an understatement and I welcome a phone call with the owner of this ShopRite location before the health department is notified.
DO NOT purchase items from this highly unsanitary bakery!!! Unless you like eating fly feces, fake nails and dragon flies!

For the 3rd consecutive time, my order arrived extremely early. I specifically noted in the notes section I will not be home until 6. The driver left the groceries outside, in the heat, prior to 6 pm! If I was available prior to 6, I would have chosen earlier than 6. I live in apartment complex so the food not only was dumped, anyone could have taken a bag or tripped over it.
Extremely unprofessional and I will now shop elsewhere.

I come here a lot out of necessity and it’s pretty good grocery store overall, but tonight I confirmed they were open till 11 PM - got here and they were closed, at l a quarter to 11 they had locked their doors. I had my young daughter with me who had an injured foot so I was a bit upset when got out of the car, got the carriage, got to the door, saw other customers leaving, but we couldn’t get in just to grab the item we needed (some Children’s Tylenol).
**Edit— I appreciate the prompt response from ShopRite and I’m sure it was a one time slip up.

Have been disappointed with the wait time for picking up groceries. Today was 30 mins, last time was 25. Pretty much defeats the entire purpose of doing pickup.

This is a smaller ShopRite but my wife and I found everything we needed. The Asian decor is really cool, and I like it. If you visit, look for the little rickshaw on top of one of the shelves.

I was checking out when I noticed a lady employee with a cane blocking another register looking over me. I didn’t think much of it until she yelled at me implying I was stealing. I was literally ringing up items, didn’t even get to the payment part yet and she accused me of stealing while I scanning… I won’t be coming back and I think that employee needs training

The seafood dept is exceptional at this location. ALWAYS so helpful, knowledgeable, and clean! They provide OUTSTANDING customer service and is the biggest reason we frequent this location. Andre is a definite standout , who remembers his customers and provides excellent service! Always a pleasure to have him assist us.

Big issue today with registers- Have the common decency to put someone at the front of the store to let shoppers know there is internet problem at the register rather than letting them shop and get aggravated- rather come back than waste a bunch of time.

Dara's ShopRite of West Caldwell is a fabulous place to shop! Easy parking - about 8 pm! Got everything on the list, as well as friendliness from the courteous staff! Felipe in produce actually escorted me, when I asked, to show where the restroom is! A kind, young, gentleman working courtesy looked up an item for me, and another friendly man directed me to the item I wanted! Great grocery store! Thank you for your reading! ❤️

ShopRite isn’t bad. My issue here is with a staff member named Jacob who constantly ask me about my high school grades and etc.
