2020 Highlander service. Paul Miller service quality is in decline. Satisfactory sustomer interaction by Service Advisor. Inconsistently receive wrtten Multipoint inspection report at completion of service. Service Advisor is [only] responsive to issues indicated by customer.
Toyota overall product quality no longer excels; tarnishing its legacy. This, of course, is not a dealer issue.
Greater attention to customer satisfaction is an unrealized opportunity.

After when I schedule appointment for oil change and they told me they will give me a ride back to my office when I get there they said there is no vehicle available to take me back to the office so you have to wait two hours to get it done or schedule new appointment or go somewhere else.

As usual, the service is second to none. I have been coming to Paul Miller, which was Caldwell Toyota before, for 33 years. Alan Liriano explained to me in detail what was needed to repair my car. I do not allow anyone nor have I taken my Chariot to any other place for repairs and checkups. Their concern is the customer and the car. The customer service I've received from Chris, Jason, and Alan is tops. The vibe has always been like family and it still is.

One of the worst Toyota dealer... Service manager is extremely rude and arrogant and had no respect about customer when vehicle was became dirty and oil stains. They have no courtesy to fix this issue proactively even after multiple follow ups. ( though they committed me 6 months back) Do not use this dealer for your car requirements

I went in for my initial service. I was told in the beginning what would be addressed and this was reviewed again after the service was completed. They had a decent waiting room for clients who stayed. Service was done in a timely manner, I was in and out within an hour .
Overall a good experience.
